I booked a minivan at 11pm the night before I needed it for a 9am pickup. The vehicles are clean and the staff is nice. There is a gas station next door if you need to gas up before you drop your rental off. They also have after-hours return and dropbox so you can use your rental as long as you need it.

While we were standing there, multiple customers were actively checking in and being given their choice of vehicles directly from the lot, including specific models they requested, despite being told no vehicles were available. The clear inconsistency between what customer service confirmed, what the location stated, and what was visibly being done for other customers was extremely frustrating and misleading. We would not recommend renting with Alamo (or Thrifty) when visiting Orlando.

Screw you, Disney car care center. I left the park early to get somewhere late (at the expense of staying at Disney later) and you made me even later even though I had a reservation.

When we arrived at the car center, there were at least 7 people in line and one agent. The process was longer than expected and everyone was getting frustrated, including the agent. Once all paperwork was signed, the check out process was straight forward. When we returned the car, a different agent asked us how everything went and we shared the pick up and check in issues and he provided a billing adjustment. We appreciated what he did , it was unexpected . This is a convenient location to rent a car if staying in a Disney hotel.

So we get driven to the 7600 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway location, were met by Manager Matt and his second-in-command Alex, and after showing our Airlines itinerary, were told it wasn't enough, needed to furnish a receipt for a utility bill showing home address and other info. Who carries that stuff around when you're on vacation? Finally after digging through correspondence on my phone, came up with a gas bill. After Matt looked at it, he said, "... there is a balance due of $102.26 on here, so this is not valid to us." He then referred us to the dogeared copy of their restrictions, which reiterated the two forms of ID required by the branch. At our home branch, where we have rented vehicles for years, all this info is prominently displayed in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car system. We made that clear to the Manager but he was having none of it. His response was a surreal version of, "Vere are your papers!" We were so demoralized by the treatment we got from this Enterprise branch that we left there in a daze. Instead of taking us back to our place 5 minutes away via the same courtesy car that had picked us up, they called a cab, who charged us $15. We will be reporting this behavior to the higher-ups at Enterprise and recommending to our home base office that they warn folks traveling to Florida about it.
