What a pleasure to work with such a professional group! Ashley and the team made my experience so easy!! I had to replace me car and had to wait for my insurance to finalize the deal. Enterprise Oroville helped reimburse me (because I wasn't aware that my insurance paid for the rental when I reserved the car), extend the rental and replace a popped tire! Seriously, they are incredible! It was a little tough to not have access over the weekend, but the national service representatives were easy to reach and answered all of my questions. Unreliable! Be Warned that they may not have your car! I reserved and confirmed over a month in advance- for an INTERMEDIATE car due to a permanent back injury that I need a better driver seat to support. I was offered a FORD FESTIVA and when I said no, that would destroy my back for a long drive I was offered a FULL SIZE TRUCK (at my expense of course). I called corporate was basically told I could rent from another location- although they are all out of town and cannot pick me up so I'd have to leave my private vehicle in a different city- for a WEEK! The operator told me that I could rent online to pick up the morning I'm leaving- if the Enterprise.com website confirms they will have an INTERMEDIATE vehicle, "9 times out of 10 they will have that option available". I'm SORRY but those are not good odds. Budget Rental Car in Chico on Esplanade is AWESOME! I always rent from them if it's not for government business in which I'm limited to Enterprise. My advice is to always have a plan B because a reservation and confirmation don't seem to mean much to Enterprise Rent a Car. read more

The woman that works there was so rude and tasty when I picked up my car which was filthy never vacuum windows filthy couldn't see out of them the gas tank was 1/4 full. Wouldn't go the car with me and I ordered a standard car and got a subcompact.....went to call when I got home and no one would answer.....when I turned the car in she finally gave me a receipt and 4 standard cars that was there when I got mine was still there. If I could give this company is zero stars I would.. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company! Three weeks ago I was the victim of a guy who ran a red light and smashed into my 22 day old brand new pick up it took over 14 days for enterprise insurance company to get a hold of me for my statement and still to this day I am without work because I drive a three-quarter ton pick up and need it for my job they have refused to give me a rent a truck so I can work. in this unfortunate situation of my truck being repaired the guy who hit me admitted complete fault at the scene there's a police report along with four cameras and three witnesses needless to say there is no investigation the guy ran a red light and hit me and enterprise is refusing to except responsibility and make this right. I do get that this was a very unfortunate situation and it was an accident but enterprise is a Rent-A-Car company if their clients break the law and cause a serious accident they should step up to help not leave the victim without a vehicle and without work I have called countless numbers everybody just gives me a new phone number and a new branch to call no one will help me. I am a innocent victim in this situation and all I want is it to be made right I want my truck fixed I want to rent a truck so I can go back to work it's really not asking for very much needless to say I learn my lesson and I will never in my life give enterprise my business. They make it 10x harder to just sign the papers for a damn car when you have promotions for discount. Called to ask what I needed to use a debit card and worker only told me there's a security hold on it. Got there & was asked for my pay stubs which I didn't have. Went home got back with it then asked for proof of insurance that I had to call from there. Then he wanted a utility bill in my name which I didn't have cuz I barely moved here. Then it was gonna cost me an additional $200 just for 1 damn day rental. They were unprofessional! It's funny because the SAME GUY did it for my sister who was allowed to use her husband's utility bill that isn't in her name either. He tried to make an excuse that the worker must have not checked good when I said HE was the one who did it, he tried to deny it as if I can't recognize him. They're just lazy and stupid. read more

Car Broke down, and insurance company had tried setting me up with a Hertz rental, for 2 days they had no cars, and only answered their phone 1 time on several calls made to them, and never returned the call they were supposed to. So had insurance company try Enterprise. They had a very Nice selection of Cars, Very nicely kept office, were very professional, and friendly employees. I upgraded to a New 2018 truck that is just awesome. I will be sure to use Enterprise from now on. read more

I have rented from the Oroville Enterprise 3 times in the last month. Great rates and nice cars. What really stood out was the customer service. Ashley, Glenn, Griffin and Vincent were amazing. We Rented a Car and had a second car rented for the return Trip.We had it all set up, we drove to SFOand accidently left a pair of glasses in the car by mistake, we put in a claim, No glasses were found on the day we turned it in, So glasses Gone, sorry nothing else we can do, Now we get back from a Great trip to SFO ask for our car that we had set up, we had used a Debit card all hoops and whistles had been met no Issues we even had full coverage AAA, now the SFO office did not care they won't rent to us, the Manager there said it's a Corprate rule, only if we have a return flight meaning a flight out of the town were going will they rent to us. We explain were going home and that Enterprise is in our town, His reply No, we don't care sorry you're both disabled, we can't help. By this times he has one Crying and one mad person, This overall was a shame and if it is not the rule then someone should be fired. i really wish I could do something more then just post this here. read more

We ordered an intermediate car. Hyundai Elantra or similar. The only car they had was a Hyundai Accent. I would consider this car lesser not similar. If you look this car up it is a lesser model to the Elantra. The smaller wheels made for an awful road trip. I tried calling the location but was put on hold for 30 minutes. Unfortunately we had to start our road trip. On our way I called the main number they said I could exchange the car at another location for a fee up to $300.00. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable trip. Not sure I will use Enterprise in the future. read more

I just returned a car to enterprise car rental my experience with them has been awesome I have rented 2 o3 cars with them and every time they have had a car for me they are so pleasant and so easy to rent a car from them no paper work just email they have guaranteed with a reservation a car so I have reserved a car for my next two trips and guaranteed it will be there I have used hertz in the past but they disappointed me the last time I reserved they didn't have a car and they said they couldn't fill all of their reservations so why reserve if you don't have the cars enterprise is my choice for now on you guys rock thank you so much the man in the office is super nice and polite customer services is everything to me you could ask for keep up the good work read more

I was having my subaru serviced and the servicing company secured me a rental car from enterprise and told me to call them. The next morning I received a call from Tyler at enterprise letting me know the rental had been secured and asked when I would like to pick it up. I told them I lived 15 minutes away and would have to find a ride. He arranged for a driver to pick me up at no charge.
