We've used this enterprise location a few times off vacation and this was a bit of a nuisance. We had a reservation and when we arrived somehow no cars were available. We waited probably close to 30-40 minutes for them to decide to upgrade us to a Jeep compass that needed to be cleaned. I am not sure what they did that took so long to "clean" the car but it looks like they spray the outside with a hose and called it a day. I was just happy to get out of there and be on our way. Gabi was helpful in getting us out right away once they decided on a vehicle to give us. After about a day the dash starts to alarm every day notifying us there is zero washer fluid left. This was beyond irritating but after 10 minutes of alarming it goes away. When returning the vehicle my boyfriend was given 15% our next booking in return for this annoyance. My biggest complaint was if you have a reservation why is there not a car ready and waiting. That and I'm not sure how cars in the lot aren't cleaned right away so that way they're just ready to go. read more

This location is the absolute worst. I made a reservation a MONTH AGO for trip because we really needed a big suv. Showed up to the location, did NOT have my car. Then they told me that I had to call other locations. When they should have called other locations if they really cared about customer service. Then this location said they were possibly getting a return at 4pm. Mind you my reservation was at 12pm. The return never showed up, Enterprise didn't do a single thing to help us find another car. They did NOTHING. We were lucky enough to get a pick up truck from Alamo at the Sanford Airport. This location does not care for customer service. We were told that the Area Manager, Alan Baez was suppose to call and help us put that day. NEVER CALLED!! Poor management, poor customer service, & poor training. In the past I've rented from this location under a different manager and area manager they would have NEVER allowed this to happen. I'm so disappointed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER My rental was set up by my insurance after my car was stolen in Atlanta. Before picking up the car I called this branch (my local enterprise) to see if I could swap out the vehicle for a less expensive one when I got back to FL. They assured me this was absolutely not a problem. Long story short - for a week this branch has been stringing me along telling me they either have my car or will be getting some in the following day only for that be untrue. Now one week to the day since they started these empty promises, they have now told me they can't help me and I need to go to the airport. I typically rent cars from the airport locations which are separated from local branches like this one. I rent an average of 15 cars per year. This location is the worst one I have experienced. I recently arrived at the location, with a reservation, only to be told that they could no longer provide a car for me. Again, I had a rental booked in advance and nobody from the branch called me to let me know. I was told to reach out to the assistant manager (James Richardson) via email to voice my complaint. I did and he failed to respond within 72 hours. I've rented from Enterprise for years because I believe in supporting their model of hiring young professionals. After this experience, and based on the fact that competitors of Enterprise have more seamless pickup options available, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would avoid this location at all costs and go to Colonial location or to the airport where the customer service is much more reliable. read more

Made a reservation for a full-size SUV back in September for the Christmas week. They called me two days before my reservation to confirm with me and see what time I was coming. Went to pick it up today and had a great experience. It was busy but Jacob was quick (but still thorough) and had me in and out in no time. They had a Tahoe ready, Jacob had me take a look and make sure everything looked good. He walked me through the steps, I signed a couple things on the iPad and was on my way. Enterprise filed a fraudulent damage claim. I've been a loyal Enterprise customer for many years. On 2/23/20 The car was not onsite at the reserved time. There were three or four other customers waiting with the same problem. The staff explained that cars were on the way and repeatedly told us it would be only 10 minutes. I informed the staff that I had to drive to MIA for an international flight that same evening. After two hours, a frustrated staff person finally offered the "only car on the lot" a mini van, and offered to pay for the gas. I accepted - wherein they said they had to wash it. On inspection, the vehicle had significant scratch damage all the way through the paint in several locations as well as the wheels (Rental Agreement #2L512T) I drove the car without stopping and returned it at Enterprise in MIA. The next day Enterprise filed a claim for unspecified damages and has failed to respond to my formal inquiries. I called the local office twice for 15 minute holds, then the system dropped my call. read more

They are 1/2 mile from the Amtrak station, and 2 calls and 45 minutes later, they will pick you up. and then, the mid-size car they have for you is a Dodge Challenger - a 2-door, gas guzzling behemoth, so low you can't get into the front seat - forget about the back seat altogether. It is "all we have". This car does not belong in any rental car fleet, except as a specialty car. Never again. read more

(We're required to rent for insurance purposes) I have never had an issue with any of the staff, and am always very well taken care of. I often have to rent a car at last moments notice, and they are always able to accommodate. I was trying to rent a vehicle and was told that in order to rent the specific model a credit card is needed, I stated that I didn't have one but I can pay for the rental, and the deposit will be put on my mothers card. the young man stated that they can not do that because the persons credit card being used has to be present for the transaction.. Instant frustration but I understand rules and regulations, I then called the cooperate and stated that I was trying to rent a vehicle but the card holder was not present because (My mother currently has stage 4 bone cancer and is going through chemo and radiation daily, She also had her knee replaced and half her femur removed due to a tumor that was found on the back of her femur.), My mother and I have the same last name, she was willing to send pictures of her license, credit card and social security while facetiming the branch and I was still denied the rental.. But it gets better!! Cooperate stated that there are exceptions that can be made, and this is one of them! So the gentleman at cooperate emailed the winter park branch with what we spoke about, and to sit tight, stay at the branch and a manager will call me right back. 10mins goes by... 20mins goes by... 30mins go by while I'm just sitting in the parking lot and still no call. finally I called the branch and spoke to the assistant manager. The assistant manager stated that no one from cooperate had got InTouch with her or the manager but hold on while she goes to talk to the branch manager. I was on hold for about 2 mins and the lady (ASSISTANT MANAGER) came back on and stated that she spoke to her manager and they have denied the deposit payment so I will not be able to rent the vehicle.. You want to talk about crushed?! they would gladly rent me a different vehicle that doesn't require a credit card, and I stated that I would take my business to Avis and the assistant manager didn't give 2 shits that I was going to a competitor. Honestly what I'm upset about is that they could of just called me. now I'm sitting here wondering where the hell is the customer service? What happened to humanity? Was it me? NOPE THIS WAS 100% RACIAL PROFILING! COOPERATE GAVE THE OK! ASSISTANT MANAGER STATED THAT IT WAS UP TO THE BRANCH MANAGER AND I WAS DENIED. I have been renting cars at this location consecutively for almost two years. Yesterday April 6, 2021 I received the worse service than any professional establishment I have been to, after being accused of lying about my place of employmen, then verifying I was still unable to use my company discount, however that was not even the worse part after waiting several hours and being helped by ALL 4 reps including the branch manager I almost was able to rent a car that was SOLD so I had to wait even longer for them to clean and sanitize another vehicle. I was not offered any discount for the inconvenience of my time. I was spoken to unprofessionally by each staff member. I completely understand the demand for rental cars are extremely high, that is NOT an excuse to treat paying long term customers with unprofessional language. A not so subtle trick they regularly do to customers is giving them a car with half a tank of gas and just ask that the customer return it with half a tank. Not being familiar with how big a gas tank is on a random car, it is very difficult to fill a car to exactly a half a tank and chances are the customer will end up returning it with more than half- which is perfect because they will ask the next renter to bring it back with 3/4 tank and th ecycle repeats itself with the customer bringing it back with a full tank. OR if they have less than full, they will certainly charge you big money for the difference. Sounds small but they do this on a regular basis and this is essentially a solid source of operating cost mitigation when they are given free gas at the expense of the unsuspecting customer. Gas is $4/gallon and this is just a slimy business practice. Enterprise Winter Park: Just fill the damn cars up so they can be brought back either full which is easy to do or not full at which time the customer can pay your gas fees. read more
