We got off to a rough start with them being a half hour late picking us up. When we returned the car early and with more gas in it than when we got it, the manager went above and beyond to make it right with us. We were blown away by his generosity and willingness to work with us. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will most definitely be doing business with this place again. This place is a joke, they discrimated against my mother because she was in a wheel chair and actually refused to do business with her. After renting a car from them for an extended period of time they refused to accept her money and do business with her. We will be filing a suite against them. read more

They were 30 minutes late to get my vehicle to me and overall we're rude and very unhelpful don't care about there customers at all.

Tyler was my Rent-a-Car guru. He ensured me that after my company had messed up my car rental that he would get a car for me within a reasonable amount of time. The car ended up being a LIME green Charger, so naturally it turned a bunch of heads. Unfortunately, I'm really not a fan of drawing attention so he allowed me to switch out my car later that day. Don't work with these folks, they'll lie to you and cheat you. I was given a price for less than a one day rental over the phone. When I got there the price suddenly went up by $50 for a "deposit" that would be returned after I had turned the car back in, that "they couldn't remove". It was the day before a holiday and the drop off location would be closed when I got there, I was told this wouldn't be a problem as long as it was there before 7 am the next day they were open. I drove home, returned the car less than 24 hours later. Fast forward a week and I got charged an additional $78 dollars for a 2nd day rental. I called the original office, I called the drop off office, everyone says they'll pass my message on to a manager, no one has ever responded or got back to me about the 2nd day that I didn't even have the car. If they had just told me it would be a 2 day rental because of the holiday I would have been fine with it. And that $50 "deposit", no such thing, it was an up charge for the original guy putting me in a "nicer car" that they won't remove. To hell with these people, total scam. Paducah says it's on the Nashille people to remove the charge, Nashville location says it's on the Paducah location. They're all thieves. They charged me almost $100 more than I was originally quoted before it was all done, that I didn't sign for, all after I had left with original contract stating it was less, and all corporate says is you have to talk to local office. No accountability what so ever. read more

Tony was extremely friendly and the whole crew was very polite and accommodating. I was from out of town and didn't bring everything I needed to rent a car. They were beyond patient as I called and had paperwork faxed over for out of state identification and credit . Will be going again when I'm back in that location . read more

We had a real rough time picking up our car this morning, we made a reservation a week ago, and I called 4 days ago to confirm and check on accepted payments.everything was good until we arrived for our 8:00 am pick up, when we were told there were no cars and it would be another 1-1 1/2 hours before we could get a car. 2 and a half hours later we were told we would have to go 5 miles down the road to the airport and rent a car there- there were 3other cars of people who also left with us , 45 minutes later we all had cars and were on our way. My husband probably won't make it on time for the meeting he had with his new company since he was over 3 hours late getting on the road. read more

I've rented two cars from this location, for business, within the last month. Both times the wait has been at least 30 minutes, just to get a car. The first time I excused it, since it was Spring Break. The second time wasn't any different and since they didn't have the class car I reserved, they downgraded me to a compact car (Dodge Dart). Also, when I got to my destination, and needed to use the windshield wiper fluid, it wasn't working properly, which required me to stop at a gas station to clean the windshield. Honestly, I am used to renting cars from "National" where they have the checkout process figured out with the Emerald Aisle. Enterprise should look into this. read more
