I waited 50 minutes, and then called them to ens the ETA. The young lady answered the phone and I asked her for the ETA, and she stated she could not give it to me, and then advised me that she was canceling the tow because she was not able to give me an ETA. I literally waited 1 hour, in the heat, and I had a medical is sometimes exaserb by the heat! She calls my insurance company, cancels the tow, and then my insurance company had to reach out to another tow truck company, to tow my car to my mechanic, and I have to wait another hour for them to arrive! The young lady at Risoldi's was unprofessional, unpleasant, and void of human empathy!
