I had a reservation for a "luxury vehicle" rental that was made over a week in advance. When I arrived the vehicle was no longer available or onsite, and the female employee basically told me I should have arrived on time(as if it was a first come first serve situation). I explained to her it was for my daughter's prom and I had called several times to inform them about my delayed appearance. She stated she couldn't answer the phone because she was the only one there, but as I entered the business she was just sitting behind the desk. I felt she lacked any type of customer service, plus I wondered if she was a little racist. I ended up calling the customer service number and the representative tried to find me another vehicle in the same class as the one I reserved. Unfortunately the search wasn't successful, but my in-law let me borrow his BMW X7. For years I've rented from Enterprise at numerous locations/states and the Phillipsburg location made we want to choose their competitors in the future. Like a previous review stated go to the Enterprise located in Easton location and you'd see the difference. read more

I never think to write a review. But these people were not helpful what so ever. They were persistently rude and I can only link it to problems they must have at home. The one guys sits back in the back and does nothing. And the other two are just as helpful. They only offered me a card for 50$+ my insurances 30$ limit. And they know they were lying about everything. I was happy when they sent me to Easton because the man there tried a little bit to care about his job "career". I'm very disappointed. And recommended anyone esp after my brother also had problems from here. To go to enterprise in Easton. They care a little bit more and when you're going the conflicts in your life like an illegal immigrant driving illegally into my car. It helps when stuff like this goes smoothing. My company had rented numerous specific type vehicles . Unfortunately my reservation was located over 1 1/2 hours away from my home. Diamond was able to locate the same exact vehicle closer to my home and also transferred my reservation closer to my home. I appreciate her time and her knowledge of which location would have this vehicle available. Thank you Diamond and Enterprise for great customer service. read more

I got a rental due to a car accident and the car is dirty af and had the nerve to have a sanitized sticker in it. The interior windshield, rear view mirror and carpets are dirty. I don't even want to drive it. It makes me itch thinking how germs it may be. I cleaned off the steering wheel amd touch surfaces and the provided cleanse wipe ended up with a grayish and tan color after wiping it down. Smh. read more

I rent from this location regularly and my experience has always been fantastic. I really can't understand how other reviewers are complaining (though their small number of reviews and poor grammar might hint at an explanation). Yes, you don't always get exactly the car you reserve - that happens anywhere you rent cars. I've often been placed in a car nicer than what I had reserved, and have NEVER been left without a car when one was reserved. read more

Piss poor customer service; I would leave a negative review if I could. I had a reservation a few days ago, but due to their lack of logistical planning, I was left high a dry. I've been to enterprise locations through out the United States, and this is by far the WORST one. Patrons, vets, and fellow servicemen, stay far away, they will undoubtedly screw you. read more

Do not go here. I reserved a mid-size car and specifically requested bluetooth. The service rep. advised me he would note the file and that he would make sure they had one. Sure enough, I arrived to pick up the car and: a) They had *no* mid-size cars there and did not offer to get one for me after making the mistake b) The rep. spent 10 minutes trying to up-sell me on the vehicles they had in the lot instead of offering to correct the mistake and get me a vehicle from another nearby enterprise c) They tried to give me a Dodge Charger without bluetooth and claimed this vehicle was mid-sized. No.. it is full-sized and they were going to charge me more for it. It appeared they were trying to pull one over on me. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I was forced to sign an insurance clause without being told that it was an extra daily charge. When I came to drop off the rental, I was told I had to pay total of $900, including $400 to insure the car for the 19 days that I had it. Only after crying and finally becoming irate did the manager Maurice take off the charge. Still had to pay $500 for a 19 day rental. HORRIBLE customer service. read more
