I waited another 10-15 minutes on the app hoping they would reconnect me with another driver, but no luck. Then I tried Lyft and spent another 10 minutes trying to find a ride there, with no success either. At this point, I was panicking that I was going to miss my flight. I went on Google searching for transportation options, called a few places, and nobody answered. Thankfully, that's when I found NorthshoreXpress. To my surprise, they answered immediately.
