While I can't blame the business in Pottstown as they have been very good to me. The call center has a lack to be desired. I had car trouble last minute. The call center is flawed as when you book a reservation they should be able to see what is available at each location. I made the reservation through the call center. Our family has used this location numerous times but this past time was the best. I booked a Ford Transit van for a family trip/college move out about a year in advance. I called a few times to confirm the rental and every time I was helped by a very professional representative and assured that our rental would be ready. I want to especially thank Lexi who helped us out when we picked up the rental. Lexi was very friendly and thorough and efficiently got us on our way. The cars we have gotten here are always clean and in good shape. When we turned the car in we were again helped by a nice young man that quickly helped check us out and explain our bill. i am having current issues with enterprise company! my car was legally parked and got hit by someone enterprise left rent a car, my car is most likley totaled, and the driver lapsed his own insurance and now enterprise does not want to cover damage to my car nor give me rental car when this accident was 100% the drivers fault! read more

I've only done one review before this one. The service was terrible would not recommend using this enterprise location. My family and I have Rented from this location twice and each time we've had billing issues. Reminder always double check the paperwork and make sure they're clicking the correct boxes and not adding extras to your bill. read more

Despite all of the trouble on our end, they made sure we got a car to get us from Pottstown to the Airport in time for our flight. They were our last resort after several rides had fallen through and worked with us to make sure we got on the road safely and in a timely manner. read more

Prompt and helpful service. Please be sure to ask for a car that is smoke free. Although there are stickers indicating no smoking, the car had a very strong odor which clings to clothing. read more

. This might sound like it is coming from an old lady, that's because it is. I have had 2 great experiences with the Pottstown enterprise car rental. I needed a repair through my insurance. An accident is always an unpleasant thing to deal with, so having someone literally do everything for you makes things less stressful. That's what they did... so unusual in today's world. ( I have to ring out and bag my own groceries at the store.) I don't remember when I had good service before. So I'm naming names: Melvin, Ian, Deshawn, and Koran. They took care of me, like I was there only customer. If I didn't like the car they had, they were willing to accommodate me with 2 other choices. Koran made the whole process simple. He was kind and patient. He walked me through everything I needed to know before I left. It was quick and easy. I wanted to hit the "that was easy" button!!! Nothing in my life is ever so simple or straightforward. The only thing I can say, is I had to wait one day, because of hurricane Ian, there was a shortage of cars. They got me one from Maryland. I needed a car ASAP due to a major repair on my other vehicle. I walked in off the street and was greeted by Trevor. He was exceptionally nice and took his time in addressing my needs. He showed me two options and let me look around in them. I picked the one I liked and he got it all squared away. 15 minutes later, I was on the road! If I could score lower I would Coming 45 mins up to Pottstown Enterprise location to rent a one way rental to Washington DC and was told the car was given away I had a confirm reservation but yes I was late for pick up but pick up the phone and call the customer an just ask are you coming or not . You take my god damn phone at time of reservatio is it!!!! We all have busy lives and yes needless to say late to our consulting presentation and didn't get paid . You took food and bill paying monies out of my pocket . YOU did ABSOLUTELY nothing to help CUSTOMERS SERVICE is beyond POOR!!! The good news is I will be staying with HERTZ cause they know how to take care of people and my staff of 23 consultants who travel 3 days a week and yes rent cars so ENTERPRISE lost a good chunk of Business And the funny thing while everything was happening I had to get my other car out of the shop so my wife could have a car the Mechanic who has two shop and a body shop in downingtown took Enterprise off there referral list . Can't say enough good about this place. The service we received from Jack was stellar - he couldn't have been more helpful. He was thorough in making sure that I was comfortable with the car I chose and understood all the charges. The other employees seemed equally professional and the location is easy enough to find. I called the enterprise's 800 number to find out about returning a rented vehicle after hours and was told I could do that. So I dropped off the car with more gas in the tank compared to when they have me the car, and heard nothing the next day from them. When I checked my CC online, I found that I was charged for an extra day. When I called to discuss the billI telling them that I had dropped off the car at 7 pm, 1 hour after they closed, their reply was they have no way to check it in before 7 am and therefore I get an additional days charge. Seems unfair to me and why did I bother rushing around after work and arranging for a ride when it didn't save me anything on the end. I wouldn't recommend enterprise if you're looking for a short term rental. read more
