I come at least once a week because I travel a lot for work. The team here is incredibly friendly, they are often over-booked waiting on return cars but still treat every person in their store with kindness. I wish Enterprise corporate could help them out by getting them more cars or a bigger staff. read more

We decided to stop by this location for a problem to seek support to remedy an issue for a car that we had rented from another enterprise location. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly service from the entire staff. The staff was diligent in checking on us while we were waiting even though they were servicing several guests before us. When it was our turn at the counter, Ryan was super helpful with the issue and he was so kind. We had another problem and Mike stepped in to take our issue a step further in order to solve it. This place needs more vehicles and staff. Went in on a Thursday and was informed that there wasn't going to be any vehicles until Monday. Come first thing Monday morning and was told to try on Tuesday or Wednesday. It's a never ending game of come and find no vehicle. Very disappointed. read more

This place seems understaffed at times. Only 1 agent is here on a Saturday. They have also in the past had no vehicle on the property when I reserved one a week in advance. This is a busy location. They need more than 1 person here. read more

Had me on hold for 45 minutes before they closed. answered the phone for the local shop and put me on hold again until they closed. Crappy service, would never rent from them for any reason, and will make sure that I let my corporate fleet contacts know that they should look elsewhere. read more

It was odd. I reserved a vehicle at open Saturday morning and was told I would get picked up when I called. Unfortunately, it hit an hour before closing and I was still waiting. I called again and the employee told me they don't do Saturday pick ups. I had to get a cab which was stressful, but I made it. The employee at the counter was a bit too "firm" with reciting the policy. You really shouldn't start a phrase to a customer with "When I ask you on the phone you said..." As if it were the customers fault. There was no compassion at this location and they are more focused on policy, not quality. read more

Chico Canada and his crew go above and beyond to make every rental superb for me. When something goes awry, Chico and his team makes it right every time. The Prattville location has a new manager that is awesome and the difference is apparent in every way. I had stopped going to this location, because it had become a huge exercise in chaos. I was forced to use them again on 9/8/17 because my truck broke down at 4:00pm on a Friday near this location. I was dreading going in there, but to my surprise the whole process was quick, efficient, and seamless. Wow! I was totally impressed. This will now be my location of choice! If you did not have a good experience before, definitely give them another try. Leadership makes all the difference!! read more

I won't ever rent from this location again. There was a slight flat spot in the bumper when I got it. I tried to point that out to the girl that checked me out she said everything is great back here. We had to night drop the truck on a Sunday night and they didn't call me to report any issues until mid morning Tuesday. Wanting to know what o did to the truck. Everything about this yells scam to me. Renter beware these people here are shady. read more

This store is woefully understaffed They regularly tell people they will pick up and do not. They have forgotten me on two separate occasions and the yellow cab driver said he hears it all the time! The second week I went in to swap cars and spent an hour+ in the lobby despite the reservation. The following week I made a reservation and got there to an empty lobby but they did not have a car for me. I spent almost an hour while they called around and I waited for a car to arrive. The next week I called to just renew. I was asked to hold a moment 48 minutes later a girl answered and asked me to hold a minute but I caught her before she placed me back on hold. My car is still not ready so trying to renew and at 90 minutes they hung up on me!!!!!!!! RUN Avis is 2 blocks away! PS idk why it says California when I live in Prattville read more

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at this location in Prattville. When I picked up my reserved car, I was convinced to upgrade to a sports car instead. The car did not include a spare tire but the salesman annotated the account to state so. He also ensured me that if I was to have a flat tire, then enterprise roadside assistance would bring me a new tire because of the annotated notes. Also, there was a huge crack in the windshield that was not annotated as I requested it to be. Consequently, I did catch a flat tire on the road, aroadside informed me that I was told incorrect information and the only option was a tow. Unfortunately, the tow did not show up until hours later and I was left without a car until the next day. I had to pay for a hotel and call roadside several times in order to check for a replacement vehicle as I was out of town and needed to return to Prattville. I spoke to an associate at the Prattville location to inform them of what happened and was told I would have to pay for the tire repair since I did not have their insurance plan. I asked to speak to the same associate that rented the car to me and he promised to call the tire shop and call me back. He never did and I had to call the 1-800 number again to find me a car to finally get back on the road. After I turned the vehicle back in, I called to discuss my concerns and was promised the regional manger would be in touch, but I am still waiting on a call. read more

Chico, I hope I spelled that correctly, is irreplaceable! I promise I had this set at a much lower rating prior to his involvement. The store was BUSY and there were several people waiting as well. The original man who was helping us was nice but he kept trying to "sell"'us extras. I could go into a lot of detail but how boring so I'll just reiterate that Chico was amazing. He told us that all he cared about was customer service and that when we walked out the door, that we were happy. We didn't have to ask for anything special he just came out, handled everything quickly and efficiently and let us get on our way. Everything Enterprise says they stand for, he accomplished. I usually rent from Enterprise in Prattville. The staff are professional and courteous. They try to accommodate me as customer with any special needs that I have in terms of choice of car and method of payment. Also, they always make it a point of asking if I need a ride after returning the rental car. I would highly recommend Enterprise and this particular location to anyone renting a car in the Prattville area. They treat you like a valued customer. read more

I have used Enterprise before with good results, but this last rental was a disappointment. When I arrived at the Prattville location on June 1, 2016 to pick up my round trip reservation I was told there wasn't a car available after a firm discussion I was given a ride to the Montgomey location where I received a Simi-clean vehicle as it was raining and I needed to get on the road the employee and I signed paperwork without looking over the vehicle. Once at my destination location I tried to turn in my vehicle early ( my father passed away) I was told it would be a $150 fee ( I had to call the Prattville location to get approval on the one way rental, which was initially denied)I called back and Lauren was very nice she approved the return and waved the one-way fee. When I went to drop of at the Grand Junction location they found a minute dent on the roof, which I couldn't see as I'm just five foot tall. The guy insisted I had damaged the vehicle and was quite rude . ( I spoke to my insurance agent and he told me that enterprise is notorious for making things up)So beware insist on a walk through and take pictures before and after for your protection. As a side note, I could write a review about the car itself, which I had to top off all fluids, because it wasn't serviced before I received it. read more
