While driving, it was jerking and did not feel safe to use. She returned to the business to request a replacement vehicle or a refund, but both were refused. We were also given conflicting information about whether they actually provide rental vehicles, even though there are signs indicating that they do. At this time, we are still trying to resolve the situation. I'm sharing this as a customer experience for others to be aware of and to decide for themselves.

To avoid this, ask for a room facing the front parking lot. I believe those are odd numbered rooms. Our king bed was comfortable and the thermostat worked well enough to regulate the temps. The room darkening shades helped with our sleep quality. The Keurig did not work so we asked for a new one and it was delivered the next day. There's also a small fridge and microwave that both worked well. The small selection of coffee pods was nice but we also brought our own. Bathroom was clean, with strong water pressure and pump bottles for soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We had enough towels for the two of us but when housekeeping serviced the room the following morning, they took them all and didn't replace them. So we asked the front desk for towels and it arrived within 10 mins. This room had more charging ports and outlets than any other IHG hotel I've stayed. We had no problems charging our multiple devices. Coffee and tea are available 24 hrs in the lobby, same location where breakfast is served in the morning. There's hot options, like eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, pancakes, as well as cereal, pastries, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit. The hotel was full due to the tournament and breakfast was busy so the staff made sure tables were cleaned off and food didn't run out. Overall with the options available, and it was included in our room rate, eating here for breakfast was a better choice than going out. Plus the coffee was good. The hotel location is right next to Outback Steakhouse and several other places to eat. Staff at the front desk seemed a little tired and stressed at check in/check out but were later politely receptive to fixing our two issues - the broken Keurig and missing towels. All our other interactions with staff were professional and polite. Overall a comfortable stay and we'll probably stay here again for next year's tournament.
