Courteous staff; one of the most cleanest Hilton accomodations that I ever ever experienced. Cute touch-if you've booked ahead of your stay, when you enter your room, your name with the word welcome is highlighted on the television. Nice friendly touch! Have stayed here before on the way to Florida. Very nice clean comfortable room. Great bed and bathroom sparkled. Rooms just renovated breakfast better than most and staff very accommodating . And there is a Cracker Barrel about a 4 minute walk through the parking lot read more

Wow! I have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country. Some are barely okay. Some are great. This one -- top-notch! From the responsiveness and patience of the folks at the front desk to those who keep the places clean and the breakfast bar well-stocked - the experience is friendly and cheerful and supportive. And the biggest huzzah goes to the fact that this places is TRULY wheelchair accessible. They have tended to every details in needs for space and reach and turning around and more.... that is a rare find. The place is clean and safe and just off I-95. The prices are a nifty hefty for a Hampton, but what one gets for the fee is worthy. Highly recommend. read more

Pretty decent place to stay imo. Check in was super fast and the staff were friendly. The king room was decent size and the larger tv was nice with plenty to watch. The bed was firmer than I like but it did the job. The shower was nice and hot with decent pressure. Breakfast was stellar with tons of hot options. Front desk was wonderful and our room was clean. The bed had no loft what so ever. It definitely caused me back pain the next day. I was very disappointed at not having any breakfast available the next morning. My husband was told they were out of everything and waiting on a delivery. I can understand that but we should have received some compensation. Probably won't stay here next time we are traveling 95. read more

My family had reservations at this hotel as a sleeping stop on our way to the beach. We arrived at midnight. The hotel was under construction. Upon entering, we followed cardboard signs to "the office" and discovered a guy sitting at a desk in a small closet. We were told that the internet was down and there was no way for us to check in. No help was offered to find an alternative sleeping arrangement. We called dozens of hotels and drove around aimlessly looking for another place to sleep with our 9 year old daughter. read more

A bunch of assholes were staying in this place during my stay. Feet stomping the floor above me. Doors slamming all over the place. Plus elevator noise. I think the fire siren went off around 6am too... for like 15 minutes? Jeez... I did not get the sleep I needed. They have no security cameras in the parking lot. I don't like that. Breakfast is included, but you have to show-up early if you want waffles, because after that batter is gone, forget about it. I arrived really, really late the night before and I was disappointed the cleaning lady could not cut us some slack with the check-out time. THE GOOD: The hotel is nice. My room was perfect. (But you sure can hear noise happening outside the room.) RECOMMENDATIONS: Ask for a room away from the vending machines (buzzing noise), and away from the elevators. Worst room in the hotel is probably #109, since it is next to the elevator and the lobby. I'd say the hotel deserves a 3 1/2 star rating, not a 4. read more

Stayed here last night. Hotel was immaculate. Employees wear masks. Room was impeccable. Coffee & tea service available in lobby. Everything was individually wrapped. Hand sanitizer wipes available all over even in the room. Seal on the door proving it had not been used since sanitize. Bathroom immaculate as well and everything smelled nicely cleaned. They offered a nice selection of pre wrapped breakfast items. Conveniently located to I 95, Exit 121. Cracker Barrel is right next door for an easy dinner. The only suggestion I would make is if you can get a non-adjoining room, it would be quieter. You could hear next door's occupants. The price online was same that was quoted to me over the phone. read more

We stayed at a suite here recently and would have left immediately but we were exhausted from driving all day. The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. I could hardly breathe. The place appeared dirty. There were no dishes or utensils or toilet paper holder. The fire alarm was hanging from the wall. There was no folding door on the closet. There actually was a cigarette butt behind the dirty couch as well as a burn hole through it. The stove top had a broken range that was sticking up. The greasy microwave had a vent door hanging from it. The refrigerator was all rusty and was plugged in around the corner which made it very difficult to close the door to the hall and bedroom. There was no Kleenex, only one washcloth and a minute bar of soap that fell into pieces when I tried to use it. There was a tv listing that probably was as old as when the place was built because none of the channels could be found. You had to just keep clicking to try and find anything. It was pretty disgusting. I was so tired, I tried to sleep and laid down on the pillow and all I could smell was smoke. We actually received a nice apology from them and they said they appreciated us telling them about the things they said they would fix. They hoped we'd come back again! Sorry!!! We found this hotel on yelp after needing to spend the night on our journey from FL and NY. For the price this is a great value and was just what we needed. Nice and close to the highway and VERY clean. Rooms were perfect and bathroom was immaculate. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if needed. read more

I'm so glad my family and I stayed here last night. Cleanliness is really important since my mom is at high risk. Our room was indeed very clean and we felt so comfortable and relieved. Everybody wore masks, (it was required in order to enter) social distanced, and there was hand sanitizer available all throughout the hotel, as well as glass between you and the employee when you check in. They had many rooms to choose from and weren't very crowded. The breakfast was okay, but what do you expect at a hotel? I'm vegan so I just had some oatmeal with a banana. The staff were really nice, and I have absolutely no complaints. read more

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and have never had a problem. But this one is unbelievable. The room is clean the place looks very pretty but there was a problem with the plumbing. I went to the front desk and was told I that a manager would contact me. Next next morning I went to the desk and I was told manager will call me as I was leaving. We were forced to use the lobby bathroom because the toilet would not flush. The shower was slow and the sink was slow. We left and I still have not heard anything from the manager. So I called corporate. Then a manager contacted me via email to tell me that the toilet was my problem and not the hotel's. And there would be no compensation. I didn't ask for compensation I asked for a phone call not compensation.Very unprofessional and I will never go back there again. $160 for room and I had to use the lobby bathroom. read more

Wonderful room and continental breakfast. There was a bit of a commotion as I was leaving - a family of ruffians were ruining everyone's good time by having the gall to exist inside the hotel! Luckily the police were called and justice was done. read more

This is not your momma's Hampton Inn. It's gotten a face lift and it looks great. Modern decor with pops of color. The rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom is roomy too. Many hotels have crappy toiletries but this one gives you Neutrogena products. They even add a nice touch by turning the tissue into a rose. Say it with me, awwww. The shower is big, you can fit two people in it. The beds is firm but not too firm. You can get a good night's sleep in it. There's a microwave and mini fridge in tour room but no safe. Couch to relax on that pulls out into a bed. Comolimentary breakfast is served daily. There's also complimentary Wi-Fi. Hilton Honors members receive complimentary WI-FI always. It was a pretty good hotel, the staff were welcoming a friendly. It's just off the main road or strip. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. We walked to Ruby Tuesday's next door for dinner. Next time I'm in Wilson, I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I believe this hotel recently underwent a major overhaul. The pictures posted by yelpers aren't familiar but the address matches. It's now "Hampton Inn and Suites" and it looks new, although half of the marquis lights were out and there were inoperative outdoor cameras. Although the elevator moaned terribly on our way to the 4th floor, our room looked up-to-date. The bathroom was great with a large counter and lots of handy shelves. The bed was delightful to crawl into with lovely linens. There were USB ports next to the bed-and a 50" (?) flat screen TV. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the teeny fridge. There was enough room for our cooler items but no freezer for the ice packs. Breakfast was the standard Hampton fare-wonderful for carb lovers but at least there's hard-boiled eggs and the coffee is good (and always available in the lobby). Check in was easy and we were given a nice bottle of cold water upon check in. (Hope we weren't charged for it!) Literally hundreds of feet from 95, it's a great spot to stay about half way from RI to FL. read more

Everything you could ask for in an over night stay: comfortable beds (mattress, pillows, and blankets), clean showers (really clean and had 4 towels!), friendly staff. I booked through Hotels.com so had a great price. Breakfast was typical but totally fine. I don't think I would ever have a need to stay here again because we were just driving through but would recommend the stop if you need to get off the road. read more
