Thank you for outstanding Customer Experience Specifically Winston Salem, NC office on 2111 Peters Parkway office. Michaela Sanders took in my rental return. Originally rented at your Belmont. NC office following my car being totalled. When I bought my new car in Winston Salem Michaela checked the return in. Professional. Efficient and definitely does her job well. She did the walk around to check for any dings or damage. Checked the mileage and full tank of gas. Entered info and said .. Ok you're all done here - enjoy your day. This is the worst Enterprise I have ever dealt with. Rude staff who overbooked reservations by over 30+. When I showed up they made me wait 2 hours after my scheduled time and also made me pay almost double what my reservation price was. I travel a lot for work and usually Enterprise has excellent customer service, this location does not fit that mold. Thumbs down. read more

My father was passing away and the airport was sold out of cars. Well, they were also at this location. However, after hearing my story, they figured out a solution and got me a car within about 30-45 minutes. I was very happy with how all of this turned out. Great people at this location. "Just giving a review on Enterprise. I have always had a good experience with Enterprise but last evening I had an experience which was not as usual which is usually excellent. It was a little subpar so I took the opportunity to talk this morning to the manager. The managers name was Nick. Nick came and he apologized to me for the service that I had received and offer to try to make it right for me was very apologetic was very nice very professional the staff on the whole handled it in a very nice way I forgot about what actually what the problem was because anytime you have a problem the only thing I really want is apology and a resolution enterprise always succeeds in doing that in the exceed in customer service as much as I complain always like to give compliment. I wish I could this place no stars.It is truly sad how poor the customer service is at this location. I have been renting cars for years with no issues. This locations makes you jump through multiple hoops in order to rent a car. If you use a credit card be prepared to for the staff to call your insurance company, and harass you about your place of employment. It is awful! Awful experience. I had an appointment at 5 to rent a car due to an accident so it was through an insurance company. They ignored my appointment which begs me to question why they were so worried I set one up. The parking lot was tiny and couldn't begin to handle the amount of people there. One employee, a female, decided to yell at me with the worst attitude imaginable in reference to the parking lot being full. Asking me to move a car I didn't even have keys to because it was one of THEIR rentals I was in the process of renting. The employee helping me was hardly knowledgeable of which car he could or couldn't rent out and when I finally got the car it REEKED of stale cigarette smoke. They said and included in the papers I signed that I would be driving off the lot with a full tank of gas, it was at half tank. I called customer service and let them know. Even talked to the manager at that location and due to the experience I had at their location I declined switching the car out for another due to the smoke smell. Worst experience ever. Will not have my business again. Told this experience to the insurance company they contract with and honestly I hope the insurance company goes to a different rental car group. Friendly, helpful, and this location usually has some of the best service in STL with debit card customers. I also appreciate that they do not leave the insurance out of the price that they tell you and there are no surprises. I've been to other locations they do not tell you the insurance costs until after you sign the paperwork and I fill that is misleading. This location works with you and is up front. read more

I had a great experience at this enterprise location. While I was not happy with the wait time - about 45 minutes - the manager, Nick completely made up for it by waiving the $50 fee to return the vehicle at the St. Louis airport Enterprise. This was huge, as I was on a tight budget, in town for a wedding. That's what customer service is all about, making it right for the customer. Thanks, Nick. You deserve a promotion. I rent from this location often, and this was the firt time that I was not happy with my rental experience. The car that I rented was very dirty on the inside. The front and back seats had A LOT of nasty stains and the car had a terrible ordor. I had originally planned to keep the car for 4 days, but ended up taking it back 2 days early. The customer service was amazing as usual, but the car was just nasty! Again this is the very first time that I have had a bad expreience with a car at this location, and will return, with hopes of a better rental. read more

I give the Dellwood Enterprise Location 5 Stars. I rent cars often for trips OOT however this time I was renting because my car was in the shop. The Agents were friendly they greet you when you come in and give excellent customer service. The car rental process can be very stressful and sometimes feels like negotiation to actually get what you need. Rodney(Rockie) went above and beyond and made this a simple process for me and got me in a nice clean car. Upon return again the same great service friendly smiling faces. I actually live in the area and this was my first time with Enterprise however this will not be the last. Thanks for making a stressful situation a little less stressful. read more

Let me start with the short version of this review for people who are reading quickly and need to get a clear idea about this Enterprise branch: THIS BUSINESS IS RUN BY THIEVES. I do not know about other Enterprise locations, but I can tell you in no uncertain terms that they are running a scam at this location, and that by renting one of their vehicles, you open yourself up to being exploited for enormous sums of money -- in my case, nearly $1000. I also want to be clear that I am not a thin-skinned person who writes negative reviews without very good cause. I am writing this review only because I was effectively robbed of $1000 by this Enterprise, and I do not want it to happen to anyone else. Now, for people who want the substantiating details, here is the longer version of the story: I rented a cargo van from this Enterprise for a weekend. When I came to get it -- at the reserved time -- it was not even at the location. Then, after it arrived late, there was no gas in the van, so they had to take it off-site to fill it. When it was *finally* ready, it was over half an hour late, and so I had to rush through the pre-rental inspection (I had already arranged for people to meet me at a specific time to help load a couple furniture items). The agent *explicitly* told me not to worry about "small nicks" to the car, saying he was only worried about "big things." But in retrospect the red flags should have been going up when he asked me about my insurance and deductible, and made a point of writing "COLLECT $500" in the "Notes" section of my rental form. So, as you've probably already guessed, when I returned the car, they told me it was damaged -- specifically, that the back bumper was damaged. First of all, the damage was sufficiently minor that I could not even see it without squatting down right behind the car. Second, I absolutely did not damage the car -- I (apparently unlike Enterprise employees) am an honest person, and I think I would know if I got rear ended. The car was only parked overnight in a driveway in a rural location, and in a secured, gated lot behind an apartment building. But third and most importantly, the amount that they charged me for the damage was nothing short of appalling. The dent to this bumper could have been banged out by any garage for a nominal fee (it was not on a corner, the bumper overall was still sound). I have received estimates for similar things in the past and it should have been *absolutely* no more than $200. But Enterprise proceeded to send me a bill for $1000. And you have to understand that this cannot be contested, because Enterprise WILL NOT ALLOW YOU to obtain an estimate of your own, from a garage that does not have a vested interest in overcharging you. Rather, they send it to their own internal company, who decides what they want to charge, and then charges you that amount. In my case, they apparently decided that they would just replace the entire bumper, and give the car a new paint job, at my expense. Now if that isn't extortion, you tell me what is. read more

The Associates were very friendly and welcoming when we walked thru the door. The car we got was serviced promptly and it was a very enjoyable ride all the way to Florida. They also gave us a car with Florida plates, so we didn't seem so much like tourists. It was a very pleasurable experience. I would definitely go back and rent from Enterprise again! read more
