I've never had anything but a pleasant experience, I've used them frequently for work trips. They are responsive, helpful, and friendly. the cars are alright, I've been spoiled in the past by airport rentals and they definitely aren't nearly as nice, no CarPlay guarantee as far as I can tell, not in perfect condition, but always clean inside and relatively comfortable to drive. read more

Poor customer service! I was placed on hold for unreasonable amounts of time each time I tried to confirm rental reservations placed by my insurance company. I complied with all of their requests. Without authorization, the manager transferred the reservation order to the Pittsboro location. They were adamant that I needed to get the rental from the Pittsboro location since my vehicle was being repaired next door. The manager refused to listen when I told her there were no available vehicles at the Pittsboro site, and none were expected until the next day. I was dismissed and disregarded! I've rented from Enterprise many times in the past & I will *NEVER* use them again. I rented a car & selected 12pm as the pickup time available, pulled into the parking lot at 12:01pm and the building was locked & EMPTY...no one was here. The hours on the door said closed at 12pm on Saturday. There was NEVER any indication that they closed at that time when we made the reservation..we called customer service they said that it was likely no one ever even came in today. They called the "manager" but they did not answer so they sent them an email and basically said there was nothing else they could do. On top of that there was ANOTHER couple there who were also supposed to pick up at noon today. We needed this car today as we're moving to Florida TOMORROW MORNING..we obviously took our business elsewhere and rented a car from Budget. This was unacceptable and a massive inconvenience to an already stressful time. read more

Extremely easy to reserve, pick-up, and drop off. Fast and professional. Absolutely loved the SUV I had. Amazing customer service, and they even helped me extend a day over the phone and assured me not to worry. I took the car through wash and cleaned the whole inside when done because it was a 30 hour total road trip with me and 3 kids. I was told to choose this place over another, so glad I did. * I would like to add, I see review saying that since they weren't called they didn't hold the reservation, I never got called. I had a very smooth rental process here. Pickup and drop off were very quick and the drivers were incredibly kind and professional. The actual process of checking in to pick up the car was very fast and without hiccups. Picked my personal car up at 33am today. Obviously, tired and in the dark. While sitting in the backseat strapping my 2yr old into her car seat, she starts screaming. That's when I notice the fire ants EVERYWHERE. I have horrible allergic reactions to fire ants. We both were bit multiple times. I had to eventually put her in the car and drive us home. My car will have to be bombed bf it can be used. Called Kelly at 230 today and she tells me they were made aware of the fire ant issue by the fence, as they noticed thr cars and cars of customers had ants in them, YESTERDAY. When I asked why I wasn't made aware, her response was "well how were we supposed to know that your car was affected?". Really?? Soooo, you couldn't even warn me?? When I told Kelly about the car chargers not working she asked me how they were supposed to know unless I called and reported it to them. I guess that doesn't work both ways. Kelly did nothing to show any empathy to this situation. I will never use this location again and neither should anyone else. This is coming from a loyal Enterprise customer who rents at least once a month. read more

If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. Unable to honor a confirmed reservation because they were unable to reach me via phone. I was told that even though my confirmation was emailed to me that they tried to call me and since they could reach me that my reservation was not held. I was told I could wait because maybe they might have a vehicle later and if not then they couldn't help. read more

They overcharged me $225.88 for insurance I never opted for on a rental from July. The issue is in the process of being resolved.

They are charged are crooks. They received a 200 dollar money order for a Deposit to hold and still charged my debit card additional 200 for same 200 dollar deposit which was not authorized from myself. I immediately called them into my bank service for FRAUD towards my account. They are will try and pull a fast one and take out 200 on debit card after receiving a money order just to try and keep additional 200 on a money order which is double dipping . They cars are also sucky I got a tire pressure light come on during 30 minutes after my pick-up. I will never utilize this enterprise I rather walk. I will report this location to corporate office and how they pull fast one on Veterans/Military affiliated people maybe anyone they think they got a fool. Please don't go here. read more

The female agent was very professional and helpful and warm and friendly!! Although the man whom cleans the car. Doesn't do it so good, so I had to have it re washed, then he never dried it so I has to ask them to make him wipe it down so I could see out the window. Some one shld check on their car cleaner there to make sure he's not being lazy. That's a turn off to get half assed clean vehicle when renting. But all in all my agent was a wonderful young women and very helpful and respectful. I would use them again. Just check for cleanliness!!:) read more

This place has horrible customer service - like negative 500 star rating! My mother had to get a car from this location after being a victim of a vehicle crash. The day she picked up the rental the office staff was unprofessional - one person sat at the desk while we sat on the couch and the phone was ringing constantly - he neither assisted us nor answered the phone. Finally we get assistance - it is cold and raining like crazy - guy walks around "scanning the top of the car" finds no damage. She takes it back today - sunny and 75 degrees and low and behold, they find a scratch that was not marked on the initial paperwork and DEMAND her pay her $500 deductible - who keeps that with them???? she walks out with paying $200 and they keep her $50 she has to pay in advance. This is horrible customer service and very unprofessional. They guy that "inspected" the vehicle initially was of no assistance. I rented a Hyundai Accent for a trip down to Florida. I had seen a few negative reviews related to previous rentals and thought it was important to provide a more recent one on the positive side. The prices were as reasonable as any other reputable rental service including hertz and budget. Kelly was professional and picked me up at my home ahead of schedule. She made sure we inspected the vehicle and I understood all of the paperwork. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Upon my return, a gentleman processed the paperwork in a very timely manner while also helping another customer with their return. I would rent from this location again if necessary. read more

Easy transaction. Friendly staff. Everything went well. Got a good deal through USAA. There were limited models to choose from, but the ones they had fit my needs, so no complaints. The car was clean, but it clearly had been smoked in (even though there were No Smoking signs posted clearly in the vehicle). I would rent from them again. read more

After waiting over 40 minutes in the street in the hot sun because they sent the driver to pick me up somewhere else, I arrived at the counter to an already defensive customer service rep. I gave her my ID, etc., and asked why the driver went to an address that I had never ever used for a rental car pick up. I was informed that it was the address "they had on file for me" and they had no other pick up address - even though I had given it to them several times this week, and confirmed it the day before. I asked whom I could speak to about it. She said no one and told me that she was not going to rent me the car after all. I said "excuse me?" She said that it was not her fault that the address was wrong; that's what was on file. I said "you can't do that" and she informed me that she "most certainly can." I asked again to whom I could speak to about this. She said I had no right to treat her like that. Now I'm really confused. I was hot, tired and yes, upset; but I did not insult her, swear or raise my voice. The other woman there had walked over to the door and looked back at the one behind the counter who said "I'm not renting her the car" and nodded at me. The other woman said, "just making sure," snickered and walked out the door. I told the person at the counter that I would call Enterprise about this. She said, "go ahead; they got our backs." I asked if she was serious. She said, "You aren't getting a car." I couldn't believe it. I'm a 60 year old woman who wanted to know why things had gone so wrong. What I got was no civility, no apology and no car. I had to walk a mile an a half to the only other place in town that rents cars. Thankfully they helped me. I don't know what was going on with these two, but if they represent this company, than this is not a company who deserves anyone's money. read more

Horrible service. Waiting for an hour to be seen with a reservation online. When I got to the desk I'm told they don't take debit credit cards without utility bills! They should have this in big red letters on their website. They also said nothing about proof of insurance online. They only asked for my driver's license. They make renting a car sound so easy then save the gotchas for when you get there. Will NEVER attempt to rent a car from Enterprise again. read more
