And, although car rental is now pretty expensive, my tight budget wouldn't accommodate that. So I went to Rent-a-Wreck in Aberdeen. Erica and her employees were most helpful, and very friendly... and the price was much less than Enterprise. I had one more problem: I had no way to get from Rent-A-Wreck to the shop where my car had been serviced. Erica drove me to the shop, during which we had a nice conversation. My husband, home- got to work and booked me a rental car for one week, suv- to be picked up around noon. I arranged transportation & Angela greeted me & got me set up so quickly. We did the wall around and I honestly chuckled that she pointed out a dent on the driver side I missed. Detailed, got it. I got a Mazda CX50, heated and air conditioned seats, drove beautifully. It's been a minute since I've enjoyed driving a rental. Surprise though, my car got fixed & I was back in front of Angela the vet next day! She happily did the walk around again & checked me out for one day of rental. No fuss at all! My crisis was sincerely eased by how wonderful all the locals were! Angela included. After making my claim with My insurance company I was informed that the rental company would reach out to me to make an appointment for my pick up. Enterprise reached out to me within minutes and set me up with an appointment that was at my convenience. They were very pleasant and informative during our phone conversation in preparing us on how the process worked with my insurance. Made my appointment for the next morning at 9:00 am. We arrived at our local Enterprise in Asheboro located in a small shopping center just off E. Dixie Dr. We were immediately greeted at the door by two associates . The office was clean and had clear signs posting about face coverings as well as social distancing. Aaron was the associates that helped us and he did an amazing job. He was very clean and pleasant to deal with. He allowed me to look over each car and choose the one to my liking and satisfaction. He did a full walk around with me taking note of any damage as to see that it was noted before me leaving. Arron made our experience as much of a pleasant one as possible the situation had been a difficult one and no one ever wants a rental due to an accident but he definitely made our experience as easy as he could and we appreciate that more than he will ever know . We even were able to get prepaid gas at a set price of 2.25 so we didn't have to return the car with a full tank which was a great incentive since gas is average 2.88 right now.

Get outside to the suv and something is wrong with it. So I say I do not want it after the manager and one of his men mess with it. Then tell me it's OK now. I say I don't want it just to be told if something happens to it they would send another car to me. I say so what am I suppose to do until the car gets there. Most likely will be understaffed. When you complain to customer service nothing typically is done at these off site locations. Poor customer service but they want you to leave them a good review. Make sure to tell you that it would mean so much you did the survey for them. No. Thanks. I do not recommend this location. Go to Fayetteville airport it's only 30 minutes up the road. You will thank me later.
