Either a longer time of offering breakfast or more seating (maybe even outside on a patio?) would probably help with that. I liked that this hotel had some great couches in the lobby area, where my family enjoyed hanging out & chatting, & it was great that there were plenty of electrical outlets in the area so we could charge our thirsty devices. This hotel was also at a convenient location--within walking distance from several restaurants & small shops. I would stay here again, if another trip brings me to the area.

This Holiday Inn is definitely not up to the standards I've experienced at others. My room,…read morespecifically the bathroom, had moldy holes in the wall and soap scum in the shower. The air conditioner in the room rattled so bad it made it hard to sleep at times. The treadmill in the "fitness center" was a joke. It was so old and squeaky it hurt my ears with every step. I will say though, the older woman who does the breakfast in the morning was always on time and so nice. Also, they took away the coffee pots in the room and now you have to go downstairs for coffee, which is a big turnoff for me. All in all I would not recommend this place. The issues with my room (I will add pictures) obviously have been there awhile and are known, yet they are not repaired. These kinds of issues don't just happen over night, they are from neglect and lack of cleanliness.

BUT the worst part was how bad the floor shook and that the furniture all leaned greatly towards the center of the room(336 and 337) see pictures and videos below. When we told the staff one said I will let maintenance know. So we told someone else and they said ok. I also tried to buy 3 waters, which as Honor members I should have been given water. The waters were $3.50 each. He tried to charge me over $15! When we said good morning to staff they would just look at you.
