I'm assuming I was the only other reservation for the night (or maybe the only other female one?). Either way, the customer service was fantastic. SGU being a smaller airport doesn't have an Emerald Aisle but I was told which cars they had in the lot and given my choice of any of them even though I only had the midsize reserved. The guy then handed me my key and contract and I walked out all while he continued to help the other customer. The other car rental counters had customers waiting in line and none of those other customers came out to the lot to get in their cars before I pulled out. National is my favorite car rental company and I opt for them unless the price difference just can't be justified.

They keep limited hours and even though Hertz guaranteed this location would stay open if they had my airline information, I came in on Sunday to find they refused to stay open for 5 extra minutes to provide my rental. Using this location several times, they refuse to provide the Presidental car upgrade even when I had to use UBER to pick up my car the following day. DONT USE THIS LOCATION ... I called multiple times each time getting the most exhaustive phone tree I've ever experienced. I even tried the emergency roadside assistance number and was still on hold forever. I finally got someone to answer and she said I had to call direct to the place I rented from. I tried that number ALSO multiple times and got the same phone tree. After wasting almost 2 hours of my time, I went to budget in Vegas. They were very nice and helpful, quickly and easily exchanging the car. Assured me I could return it to St. George with no problems. When I returned the car, the guy at the counter in St. George was extremely rude. Telling me it's ok to drive on an expired registration and telling me they are going to charge me $1000 for returning the wrong car. Rather than apologizing for my terrible experience that was THEIR fault, he continued to berate me for not just driving the car with the expired tags. Luckily I paid the tow truck driver out of my own pocket and he let us ride with him into provo Utah where he dropped us off at about 6 o'clock in the morning and I had to wait after talking to another agent on the emergency so called roadside service until 9 o'clock at 9 o'clock I made numerous phone calls to multiple Enterprise rental offices not one which was willing to help or said they would call me back and never did in fact some of them were downright rude telling me that it wasn't their problem but I didn't read the car from their office so they had no concern for it. I counted on my phone almost 30 phone calls that I made through the course of the day to enterprise trying to get another vehicle so we could continue on with our vacation. I suppose if you're going to rent a car for the day any of them are just as good as the other but this company wanted to leave me stranded out in the middle of nowhere and I did not get any help until 7 o'clock at night where I finally got a hold of a gentleman at the emergency roadside service who was appalled at my situation.
