Clean, comfortable bedroom!
Jenny L.

There are so many things to love about this place! From the moment we walked into the lobby, it was warm, welcoming and staff was wonderful! The lobby is adorable! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and nicely decorated. Although, we didn't use the pool, it looked like an amazing place! The breakfast is free and offers a nice little variety! One important factor for me, is the quality of coffee served. Many places serve weak, cheap coffee. Not here! A nice variety, and a choice of a good strong brew. I will definitely look for an Aiden Best Western on the rest of my road trip!

Don't you love the cafe lights?

This is a lovely place - very clean, well appointed, super nice staff! Great price for the quality! The pool area is so beautiful we took pictures both day and night to capture it! Really good full breakfast included. We will definitely stay here again! Not only did we receive great service while we were there, but I left a book there and five days later called and got stellar service once again!

This place is amazing.... I gave 3 stars because I've been locked out of my room for the last 20 minutes :( The outside doesn't look appealing but surprisingly the inside is very modern looking and definitely remodeled. Eva was a joy to talk to and her personality with great customer service is a warm welcome! The location is close to some restaurants and this is a close spot off the highway if you are going snowboarding and just need a place to stay for the night. The keycard didn't work and it was super cold outside and that's why the three-star review but if that didn't happen it would be five stars.

Hair on the hair dryer that's not mine. Gross

The beds were some of the best we've ever slept in at a hotel and breakfast arrived on time and with a smile. Tip: you can request luggage racks and they'll bring it to you. And of course the view from the room was great. Sat outside on our 2nd floor balcony enjoying breakfast and the balcony and chairs were spotless. Not sure how they keep that up, but it's literally the only place we've stayed at where the balcony and furniture wasn't covered in dust. Bravo. The Keurig machine was also very clean, almost seemed brand new. Wish the rooms had full length mirrors and more than two coffee Keurig K-Cups (in case one person drank more than 1 cup of coffee in the morning) but at this point I'm just nitpicking.

Complimentary breakfast was super cute & arrived on time for both mornings we were there. I took a star off because... A) no one was at the check in desk when I was waiting for 10min to check in - there was a sign saying that stepped away for a moment, I waited & waited until someone told me to press 0 on the phone (the hostess from the restaurant side had to tell me) & I arrived right at check - in time. B) for the price a microwave & full - length mirror in the room would've been nice. Overall, the stay was nice & we would recommend, but I don't think it was worth the price per night.

It offers…read morefree parking, the location is easy to find right off the freeway, and it worked well for us since we were just passing through the area. The biggest issue we had was with check-in. We arrived really late at night, around 2:30-3:00 AM, and ended up standing outside the hotel entrance for about 10-15 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. We were calling the front desk number and nobody answered. Luckily, there happened to be another guest sitting in the lobby -- honestly a blessing at that hour -- and he let us inside so we weren't stuck outside in the cold. Even after getting inside, we still waited another 10 minutes or so before someone from the front desk finally showed up. We called the front desk number again while inside and still got no answer. Overall, it took close to 20-25 minutes just to see an attendant and get checked into the room. I stay at a lot of IHG hotels and have some level of membership with them, and at most locations it's pretty common to at least be greeted warmly or offered something simple like points or water bottles. Unfortunately, when the attendant finally showed up after the long wait, it honestly looked like she didn't care at all. I even asked if they had any water bottles available and she simply said no. She just didn't seem welcoming or interested in being there, which was disappointing considering a hotel front desk is a customer service role. Once we finally got into the room though, everything was fine and pretty standard with no other issues during the stay.

The room wasn't the nicest I've ever been in, but also wasn't bad for the convenience and price. It was my first time going on a trip with my dog and although it was slightly different looking than normal, but thanks to this place it was not as difficult as I imagined! The breakfast in the morning before we left was simple, but good. I enjoyed the local donuts that they offered! The employees kept things clean and tidy which was awesome. My only suggestion for improvement was that they had on a hulk movie on that wasn't entirely appropriate for my little sons. I know you can't please everyone, but also maybe something a little less intense would be a better choice, especially first thing in the morning. Also, I'm sure it can't be fixed easily, but the crack in the door made me feel a little uneasy and the bright lights outside felt a little obnoxious. (I understand they are for safety)

Only complaint is that after walking around on carpet, our socks were so dirty! I don't know if they ever clean carpets, but it is needed! Pool and spa were decent but cool. I was greeted by some of the nicest people I have ever met. They could tell we were tired from the road and treated us with real kindness. Our room was ready, and they handed us water, snacks, and warm fresh cookies. What kind of silliness was this. Awesome!!!! The room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a bright, clean bathroom. You can tell they recently renovated because everything looked fresh and updated. I went back downstairs to ask about the chargers on the side of the building and how much they cost. They told me it was complimentary. No cost at all. I plugged in at 40 percent and woke up to a full charge at 100 percent. That alone made my morning. Breakfast the next day was another pleasant surprise. The ladies running the breakfast area were so nice, even when my daughter got a little too excited with the sprinkles for her waffle. They even had a sign saying they could adjust food for dietary needs. The whole setup was clean and welcoming. They also have a great little snack shop, and again the front desk staff stood out. I cannot stress this enough. These were some of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel. Even though it was just an overnight stay, I really enjoyed it. This place turned a simple stop into a memorable part of our trip.

We don't need much as we spend very little time at the hotel when we visit St George. We come for the hiking...full stop. We don't expect luxury, spa, fancy dining or any fluff. We love the simplicity of the entire Tru brand. Let's discuss shall we? Check in-Simple. Download the app, check in online and receive a digital key sent to your phone to access your room. Literally zero human interaction Room-Small but efficiently designed, always clean with a few toiletries provided. Bed & pillows are very comfortable and offer a great nights sleep. Toiletries-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, body lotion all in large bottles attached to the walls. I actually appreciate and prefer this model vs the mini bottles. Most people bring their own products, myself included. Also, most people take extra home with intentions of using them and guess what, they collect in a random drawer in the guest bath for years until they move or die then someone throws dozens of wasted plastic and expired products in the trash. Ty hotels for saving is all the headache! Also, the brand Tru offers smells so good! Gym-24/7 access which we love. It's on the smaller aide but offers an impressive amount of equipment. 2 treadmills, an elliptical, 1 weight bench, weights 5-40 lbs, stability straps which I loved, a Bosu, 3 stability balls, several matts and a box for jumping. Think I saw a few Kettles too. Free Breakfast-Always impressed with what's offered for free at the free breakfast here. Scrambled eggs and some type of breakfast protein is always offered. Oatmeal with tons of fixings, yogurt, cereals, several juices, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and the most popular item...the mini pancakes! There are 2 pancake machines you simply wave your hand in front of and makes you a little hot fresh pancake! There were multiple toppings including sugar free syrup. Refreshments-24/7 regular & decaf coffee and hot water for tea. 2 flavors to choose for cream, a few types of sweeteners. It's really great coffee too! In the morning there ice water & citrus infused water. Common Areas-For as small as the lobby os it has several seating areas to sit and work on your lap top, eat, or play games with the family. Tru does a great job at providing family entertainment too with big screens to watch tv on, a pool table and lots of games to play too! We don't spend mich time at the hotel outside of sleeping, a workout and a quick bite before hitting the road but we're always hapoy with our stays. We will be back!
