Fantastic service here. We rented a car in Las Vegas and planned to drive out to California with it. All they had left at the Las Vegas airport was a giant Dodge truck. We went ahead and took it and went on our way. After driving it for a while, the airbag light illuminated. I didn't feel safe driving it, so we pulled off in to St. George to see if we could exchange it for another car. Well, it was absolutely no problem at all. The rep that helped us on the phone was SUPER friendly. He told us to come on in any time and they would have a new car ready for us. We showed up and we're helped right away with a smile. Everyone understands that s*it happens, cars are cars. We got in to a very nice late-model Mitsubishi and went on our way. The rest of the trip was fantastic in our little blue Outlander at no additional charge. We are Enterprise customers for life. Thanks for a great experience!! read more

They are charging me for damage that was present before I rented the vehicle, even though I have pictures of it from before I ever left the lot. This amounts to $5,000. I challenged the claim and they decided they are still considering me responsible. I would reconsider before ever renting here. I would give 0 stars if it were possible to do so. read more

If I could give you a big fat 0 I would!!! THIS IS THE WORST CAR RENTAL IN THE WORLD! I am so mad! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! My car was hit so the guys insurance paid for my rental.. from Enterprise. They wanted my insurance.. I wouldn't give it to them. They wanted my card number for "just in case" and i had to do it to rent the car. I brought the car back.. No problems.. This car has over 50,000 miles on it. The girl, after I brought it back.. LITERALLY got on her hands and knees and inspected every inch.. She found a small dent.. I had no clue how it got there.. She said that it was my fault. i said I never hit anything. She said my $50 hold on my card was what they would keep because of the dent on the underside of the car! They planned this, because I never hit anything, AND I wouldn't pay extra for their insurance for the vehicle. Why would I? It wasn't my fault I was using their stupid compact car. I said I didn't do it.. She said.. Well we'll see what the people say who fix it. I was like what? They are going to say it's my fault. The guy who walked me around, when I got the car.. NEVER GOT ON HIS HANDS and KNEES and inspected the car before hand. I felt like ENTERPRISE WAS VERY Dishonest and I will NEVER NEVER work with them again! read more

I would not even give the Enterprise in St George at 16 N. 1100 E. a 1 rating. They are scamming insurance companies by making false claims about damage that was not there. A claim from 3 months ago saying there was damage to their vehicle. Not only do I have video pictures from my work of the rental showing no damage whatsoever! I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau . Not only did they return my deposit 2 days after returning the car to now say 3 months later the rental was damaged. I had rented from this location several times and always returned vehicles clean, fueled, and in perfect condition. I also carried full insurance coverage. Despite that, each experience felt less like a service and more like an interrogation. Most recently, I received a confirmation call a full seven days before my reservation -- which I had just updated. While I understood the need to confirm, a call a week in advance was excessive. A day or two beforehand would have made much more sense. At pickup, They ask where I'm going with the car after I expressed before in feedback directly to Enterprise that the reasons for the rentals were health related and I didn't feel comfortable sharing, even though unlimited mileage applied and I stayed within state lines. This question felt unnecessary and intrusive -- especially since I followed all terms of the rental agreement. Where I went should not have been a concern as long as the car was returned on time and in the condition it was given. I was also told I could call the office to cancel or make changes, but I could already do that through the app or website. Being told to make a phone call added no value -- it just created more hassle. I didn't have an issue with the $200 deposit, since it was always refunded. But the tone around it felt distrustful, as if I was being treated like a liability despite never giving them a reason to think so. I had continued to rent here out of habit and convenience, but due to the poor customer service and attitude, I will definitely be exploring other rental options in St. George. I value professionalism, efficiency, and respect -- all of which were lacking at this location. read more

Enterprise in St. George Utah had no cars available after confirming my reservation with a agent over the phone. I was sent to a closed location and had to search for where they moved too and the agent was the one who sent me to the closed location. not only did I have to drive 45 minutes from my location to get to their facility and find a ride there I was left trying to figure out how to find another rental agency in the area because they had none available on their lot. Yet the manager told me they have cars on lot but others have claimed them. They were not friendly they were not helpful and accommodating,or try to assist the problem that the company created. If I could give no zeros that would be perfect! No spare tire for my mini van. 6 of us were waiting outside in pintura, Utah (middle of no where). They told us it included everything! No it didn't. No spare tire, called roadside assistance (thank god I purchased it) & they sent us a 5 seat sedan for 6 of us. I have a 5 yr old in a car seat (weighs 35 lbs). I am beyond upset! I live in the St. George area and use Enterprise on a regular basis vs. using my vehicles to drive in the craziness of Las Vegas. All the staff try hard to please , but need to be reminded one hour prior to my requested pick up from my residence. The cleanliness of the windshields and the front side windows is 50/50 streaky or hazy. Sometimes great and sometimes not. I drive at night and less than clean windows do not enhance vision. Tire inflation is mostly correct and even, but I have had to air up the tires on several occasions where they were uneven , under inflated, over inflated or all three. Attention to detail for the rental process they are 100%, not so much with the car prep prior to releasing to the customer. They need to better supervise and periodically check personnel. Clear vision and proper tire inflation at 80 mph on Utah and Nevada Highways is a necessity! read more

Reserved and SUV. Got there they were giving the last SUV to a lady who didn't reserve it. Downgraded us to a car. Lady didn't give on lick of a care. Now we have no vehicle to explore St George in on our trip here. What is the point of a reservation? Why did they put a lady without a reservation in a SUV that was reserved? Worst place I have ever rented a vehicle from. I would NOT recommend it to anyone! I traveled from Utah to Kansas, vehicle that was given to me was not clean. I was pulled over twice entering Kansas due to Registration expiration. The a/c on the vehicle was not working. What can I say. For starters, an employee at Enterprise in Columbia, MO messed up my contact information on a booked insurance rental. I get here to St George, finally settle into our new home and get a phone call about a stolen vehicle. I bring the paid for rental to the local St George Enterprise, as instructed by the department that called me about the car. It wasn't my fault an employee failed to write down my phone number, and that common sense wasn't used to contact my insurance company to get in touch with me. So as I get welcomed to the local enterprise here, I'm told they will not rent to me. So you're refusing service for a disabled veteran, with a family. The car was paid for, and returned in better condition than was handed to me. So why am I being punished for an Enterprise employees mistake???? Garbage communication. Garbage customer care. Just a garbage and judgmental company. Thanks for making me out to be a criminal, when your ethics are not criminal. My tattoos must have offended the manager that can't toe the line. read more

We picked up a car at the Vegas airport, drove to Kanab, Ut where I was working for the week and then had to come back to St. George to have it switched over from a business to a personal rental. They were so kind and efficient, got all the paperwork done and changed some things on our bill to save us money. We were very impressed. Definitely will return if we get the opportunity. read more

I normally rent from Enterprise but this time I needed a special car so I rented from Alamo and this morning I returned the car to Alamo at the airport,while waiting for my wife to pick me up I saw an employee cleaning an Enterprise car that I liked and I asked him if it was a rental and the war began,OMG what did I do,I only asked is this a rental??? and he gave me hell for 5 minutes for asking that simple question.They will lose customers if anyone asks this guy a question.It really put me off going to Enterprise ever again.I am 75 and I do not look for fights. Had the best experience with Enterprise when we needed a rental just for one day to take an overnight trip to Las Vegas. We showed up at the time we arranged to pick up the vehicle. It was not only ready, it was clean, they had the air going in the vehicle already which was a nice touch considering it was 102 degrees that day. The staff inside were friendly, courteous and on the ball from the minute we walked in until we were on our way out of the lot. The car was reliable, got great gas mileage, was clean and smelled great. On the return, staff met me at the door, grabbed the key from me and we were done. That quick and simple. St. George office is closed on Sunday so had to rent the car on Saturday....before we had all of the info we needed to make a possible trip early Monday morning. Turns out we could not make the trip but still had to pay the three day invoice and only drove the car five miles. The Enterprise hours of operation policy does not provide the flexibility we need as innkeepers as we can only judge our ability to get away at the last minute. read more
