don't bother trying to rent a car there from them they wait till the last day to let you know in the late after noon that they don't have a car for you and your leaving at 6:00 am so now you need to call around and there's know other car rental around or open for that matter . there and hour away each from where you live employees could care less and Bruno manger or what ever he is did nothing there not to be trusted but as you can see from these other reviews how bad they are i will post this every where on all review and in the neighborhood post so they know what to expect from a lousy car rental place that don't care about there customers they need to go away read more

I do a walk-in trying to book a larger SUV vehicle more than an month out and seeing what my options are, was told to go to the website or app to book it and find availability. It seems as if they just don't want to assist customers, or seemingly as if they're not trained to accommodate for customer request. Looking to book a 15-passenger, and employee said how there's a policy for them to not book more than 2 Vans out at the same time. Felt as I was just turned away for me to do my own research than be able to ask questions in person from a person that works for the company. read more

I rent almost weekly from this office and am very happy with their customer service. I've actually been using their services since they opened in Saint Marys. The manager and staff are very attentive to my needs. The cars are standard to the industry and I have no complaints. i am completely satisfied with the service I receive and have enjoyed over quite a few years. read more

Manager very rude in tone and language and expressed no interest in helping or resolving issues. Very basic issue with wife's license not matching the name I put for the reservation(our last name), offered no alternative/recommendation.. later called back to ask if I just said her name was the one on her license would that resolve the issue. He said 'sure.' I stated how confusing it was that that wasn't recommended and he continued to be condescending. I have no confidence in their reliability to address any further, real issues if there were any. I don't typically write reviews, but this sort of attitude and lack of professionalism should be addressed. read more

Enterprise lost a whole family of customers this week. Last week my mother passed away and I had to travel to her funeral. We are on limited funds so I called around for the best price. Having dealt with Enterprise for years I decided to go with them. I asked for all the fees up front including insurance and asked for the basic insurance. When we got there last Thursday to pick it up I was shocked at the additional $200 deposit. I made sure to tell them to add the insurance and prepay fuel at 3.03 a gallon as stated on their sign. I was told we would be getting the $200 deposit back which I needed to repay to the person I borrowed it from. Then today I was only credited a $74 refund. I called the local Enterprise and was told they would call me back. Hours later I had to call them again and was told they took insurance at over $50 (was informed it was by day and not flat rate like originally told) out of the deposit and fuel that added up to be more than the 10 gallon fuel tank on a Fiat would take. My husband wasn't happy with this so we went to the local store. This is when the manager said and I quote, "It's like we discussed we took the insurance and fuel out of the deposit to help you out. We don't normally do that and everything is paid up front." This is a problem because I never asked for any help. I never discussed anything with this man nor talked to him on the day of rental. He was to busy talking to the higher priced customer that came in after us. We wanted everything listed and paid for up front. That's Enterprise's quote, No hidden fees, well that quote is a lie. I'm very upset. I'm telling everyone I know not to do business with Enterprise again. Update: Talked with their customer service and was told they would be send part of the money back which seemed fair but a week later no money has been credited to my account which proves they are not an honest company at all. read more

I was here for a month for work and rented a car every weekend from them. All the employees here have a great, flowing run of the place. One employee can be helping you out one second and then with a flick of the wrist another can be helping you out the next with a flawless transition. All the employees strive to put the customer first, and always try to do what is best for the situation. The 4 times I was here have been my best car renting experiences. Also, everyone there is funny. They perfectly combine horseplay with business, and I was never once disappointed. read more

I feel these things doesn't help much but I felt I had to at least post say something about it. I tried renting a car today and received a quote for $146. I asked for military and received a quote for $206. It doesn't make sense. It is better if they would have said that they didn't have a military discount. They apologized to me for it costing more but failed to remedy the issue. It is sad since military plays such a big role in the community!! read more

This place is horrible. Took $50 to hold my car which was fine. Then when I checked my remaining balance which I was quoted for, it said I owed $130 which I was fine with. Then I arrive there early that morning for them to add a $200 surprise. Wasn't even worth it so I turned around and left. Maybe it's me but who can afford that??? I have rented cars from enterprise primarily this location several times over the years. Recently I have rented two cars in April 2022 the first one smelled like pee and had a broken windshield, so they switched me out with another car. I was leaving on a trip so I checked the fluids like i do with my own car and it had zero coolant in it. So I Contacted enterprise and stopped and bought some OE coolant filled it up no problem. Well here we are in July I needed another rental as we were traveling for a family funeral. I reserved the car a week earlier and contacted enterprise to make sure there would be a vehicle available on the day of pickup and was told there would be a car available for me no problem. An hour before the reservation pickup time I got a call saying that they didn't have a car and they were not going to do anything to find me one. So of course I was like what the heck so I asked to speak to the store manager who did absolutely nothing to help us. So I contacted customer service and they sent a complaint to the regional manager and I have not even received a phone call or an apology from anyone at this place. I definitely won't be renting anything from Enterprise in St. Mary's again. read more

Very disappointed in this agency. We showed up for our reservations between 1 and 1:30 p.m. They said they didn't have a car, but they were expecting a shipment within the hour. Since we are driving a motorhome, we said that we would go to the campground and get set up, as they will be happy to bring it to us. Well, it is 5:14 and they claim they still don't have any cars. They close at 6 p.m. and are only open until till noon tomorrow. We keep calling and they keep coming up with excuses as to why they don't have a car. Unfortunately, the closest car rental in this area is about 30 miles away. Apparently, they don't care about customer service because they are the only game in town. We rented a car from this Enterprise to drive around for the weekend we were in town. They gave us great rates and super upgraded our car for free! There was also an option to buy gas for the car for 75 cents cheaper than we could get at the pump ourselves, so we had no hassle trying to fill the tank only as much as we needed to. The absolute worst experience with a rental company, where do I start, I called to get a reservation on a rental car two days in advance and I was given higher prices by a young lady and in the process of me having questions, I heard her hang up on me, I heard her put the phone on the receiver. I called bk and spoke with a gentleman who was very monotone and had no customer service whatsoever, I told him I was hung up on by The young lady and he said "Oh"! I then asked for Brandon who we usually deal with and he said he was busy, I left my info and he never called bk, I called back the next day and Brittany answered the phone which was the young lady who had hung up on me, and I then asked for her name and she said her name was Lana and that she she didn't know what I was talking about, I then asked for the district mgrs number and she gave me Brandon's office number and in which I found out when he picked up, I also found out that Lana wasn't an employee there it was actually Brittany, how professional to lie to a customer, I still haven't heard back from the district manager this was a few days ago, just sad, hopefully they gave me the correct # for her. They will never get my business again ever, I will surly drive to Jax which is out of my way, simply bc they have terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time there, the reviews aren't bad for no reason. read more
