We reserved our car online, and when we got there in the morning, everything was pretty organized. They have all their cars in the back, so we kinda scoped out which one we wanted to take. When we got to the counter, the guy behind the desk was extremely friendly, fast and efficient. he even gave us the option of checking out the cars interiors of a choice of two. Both American cars, which I'm not a big fan of, but whatever. With keys in hand we took a quick look at the interior and opted for the car with the leather seats (I just think from a cleanliness standpoint, it would be better). We handed him back the keys, got our paperwork and we were on our way. They have a drop box that you can drop off the car during the rentals off hours. As long as you drop it off before the next opening day, they only charge you for that one day. I will definitely rent from National again.

Fortunate that the staffs here at this Discount location is really nice and efficient. Even as a walk in "I want a car right now, I am pissed" customer, I was treated nicely and I got my temporary rental car by the time I promised so I can get to where I need to go! They even come and pick me up from my house. I would recommend this location if your own vehicle is in one of the "hundreds" of autobody shops in the area and you need an alternatively rides! BTW, most of the rental cars here are Japanese model...or a Honda.

I guess they are perfect at this location and I am simply confused about my own lifestyle habits. Hummm... He rudely forced us to remove everything from the car and hand over the keys, with threats saying a tow truck was on the way. He said this was all legal with no notice. There was no notice sent to my father via phone or email because the company had screwed up his phone number and email. They say they had been trying to contact him but since they couldn't because their information was wrong, the car was reported stolen. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a well known company. Definitely will be sharing this awful experience with many others.

The customer service representatives are fairly friendly and get you what you need quickly without hesitation. I got my moving truck rather fast and the paperwork did not take long to fill out. I did get a bit of leeway when I returned the truck at the end of the day and they weren't too strict about it coming back exactly on time. Everything went smooth and I would try these guys again.
