The employee at the location, Jeff, is extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. He called us 3 days before the date of our trip (even though we made the reservation over 1 month in advance) to tell us there is no vehicle of that type available. He also implied that Enterprise is committing false advertisement by allowing people to book a 7-seater mini-van at the location even though they NEVER carried such a vehicle. Instead of looking for available 7-seaters, he berated me and my wife and trying to strongarm us into accepting one of the unsatisfactory options. He even said there is no such vehicle (7-seater mini-van) available anywhere in the GTA and if we can find one, he would pay us $100. This shows that the representative of Enterprise are unprofessional and has no care for the customers. If this is how the employees are being trained by Enterprise, I would strongly advise against renting for Enterprise at any time. There was no notice sent to my father via phone or email because the company had screwed up his phone number and email. They say they had been trying to contact him but since they couldn't because their information was wrong, the car was reported stolen. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a well known company. Definitely will be sharing this awful experience with many others.

The only issue is that during covid the opening hours don't always match what is advertised online, so once I had to drop off my car key at the hotel front desk instead of at the Budget counter.
