This is my first time renting a car from this Enterprise in Stratford I have to say this was a horrible experience with there being a lot of miscommunication, and unprofessional on their end charging my card without notifying me plus it's taking them 2-3 weeks to give me back my deposit as I was renting their car until my car was done being repaired. I wouldn't recommend this Enterprise as very unorganized they don't know what's going on even the people who are being trained are giving out the wrong information. I would stay with Fairfield Enterprise at least they update you if you wanted to add on anything before charging your card when renting their car. read more

If you want to be up sold by little boys who think they are slick, by all means rent from Enterprise. Just don't book online if you aren't expecting a charge at least $200 more than you're expecting. This has to be the most horrible location I've ever almost rented a vehicle. The manager Phil was crass and rude! I waited for almost a hour for them and received no apology for their lateness. They are a complete rip off. They over charge you for rentals then say they didn't charge you a $250 hold when every one knows they automatically hold $250 and they make it VERY CLEAR while doing your reservation. Then when you return the car they pretend they never charge you the hold amount. The manager well lie to you after you complain for an hour and say you will get your deposit back "you have my word" as the manager said and I never got it back... never deal with them unless you wanna be ripped off, over charged and lie too. read more
