I was informed by Enterprise and by the auto body shop that Enterprise allows you to drop your vehicle off at the auto body shop and then they will pick it up for you. So, I signed out my rental car and turned in the keys around 3:45 on a Monday afternoon. The next day, I got a call from an Enterprise employee saying that there was hail damage to the rental car overnight and it was going to be my responsibility (after I had already turned the car in). This was a nasty attempt by this agency to try and con money out of a customer for something that was clearly their responsibility. Thankfully the auto body shop stood up for me and helped make this go away. This was predatory behavior that might have worked on someone, which is why they tried it. I will not be using Enterprise again and I want to warn people about this experience. read more

Had one of there cars and got pulled over and the insurance card on the car was expired. Got a 750 dollar ticket , called them at least 5 times asking them to pay there insurance ticket and nobody will call me back. Had to go to court over this. And now I'm stuck paying a 750 dollar ticket for them not keeping there cars up to date ps Felicia at the urbandale Iowa location a the rudest nastiest person I have ever dealt with. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! The group that runs the office in Waukee are rude and extremely unprofessional. There was a scratch on the vehicle prior to my renting it. I noticed the scratch on the walk through and told the employee (Mac) to take note. He apparently was so incompetent that he failed to take note and now I'm being charged for damage I did not cause. The Manager, Brandon Becker, was unprofessional and rude when I came by to inquire on the the additional charge. I am a small business owner in Waukee and I will ensure to warn my guests and employees to NOT rent from Enterprise. Ever. read more
