So I asked why I wasn't notified, the woman said she'd call me back, she didn't I called 3 times on the last call I informs the voicemail that I was putting in a claim with American Express to cancel the payment and appt. Since they didn't bother to contact me, while I was on the phone with American press they left a voicemail saying they were refunding my money and canceling my appt. Honestly don't waste your time with these people they don't value your time
