Gutter Brothers/David Owner is a dishonest unqualified Gutter Co. They installed gutters 2 years ago without wedges on my angled fascia boards. The 2 Gutter Co.'s I have since called in have stated my angled fascia boards require wedges to be installed. gave them125.00 in 6/9 to " guarantee " my appt. then an email on 6/19 stating my appt was on 6/23 at 1230. no one showed I received no phone call, at 12 50 I called their office to be told it was probably rescheduled !?? So I asked why I wasn't notified, the woman said she'd call me back, she didn't I called 3 times on the last call I informs the voicemail that I was putting in a claim with American Express to cancel the payment and appt. Since they didn't bother to contact me, while I was on the phone with American press they left a voicemail saying they were refunding my money and canceling my appt. He installed our gutters but didn't make the downspouts go even a little far out from our house. I pointed this out when he was done and I said "I'll check with my husband if this is satisfactory and call you if we need you to come make the downspouts go further to direct water away from our house" he said he would come back if we needed. Contracting this company was our worst business decision. The workers did the installation from our roof, rather than a ladder, and in doing so, damaged shingles and negated our new roof warranty. The gutters were installed incorrectly, along with incorrect installation of the gutter guards. The owner would not come back to correct it. We ended up paying to have the roof shingles corrected and to correct the leaf guards. We took the owner to small claims court and regained some of our lost money Definitely have nothing to do with this company read more

Dave installed my back gutters in February. we had a rain storm on March 7 and the downspout connection is leaking and flooding my yard. I left a message on the same day and no return phone call. I called back the next day in the afternoon and explained to Dave what is happening. He told me he was coming out and I needed to tighten the bolts. Had gutters installed 2 years 5 months ago. It is a commercial building with many condos. Seems have opened up on almost all gutters. Downspouts are almost as bad. When it rains it looks like Niagara Falls, water coming down side of building. Called Dave and he agreed to come out. He put some type of tape in the seems to stop leaks. It worked out about as well as it worked out for general Custer at Little Bighorn. For anyone who wants to see what Not to do with gutter installation come see our job!! By the way his guarantee 5 years labor and 20 years on material is not worth the paper it's printed on. Gutter Brothers damaged my home while removing old gutters by beating them off with a 2 X 4 from the roof top. They ignored several phone calls about damage. When I finally got ahold of them and they promised to do the repair they were a NO CALL NO SHOW ! So I filed with BBB. They came out quickly after that but lacked experience / knowledge to repair their damage. I asked them to get help from a professional , David of Gutter Brothers got upset and said I shouldn't have paid him and called me a drunk. Stay away form this company. I had gutter brothers install my gutters and they were prompt and completed the work as contracted. The issue is that they should know how to terminate the down spouts so that it does not wash out the mulch and create holes in the landscape. I called the owner David and express my concern and requested he add a small extension so the water can properly drain. He first wanted to charge me (go figure that) for the work that should've been done properly in the first place. He then told me he will have his guys take care of it, well. No one bothered to call and the work never got done. It just rubs me the wrong way when a company wants to charge for work that should've been done correctly in the first place.
