Deb is a terrible human being. Do not do business with this company. My dad broke down in Middletown and needed a tow to Healdsburg. Fully within his 100 mile tow. She claimed he wasn't on my account even though I have his number and said she didn't want her driver driving to Healdsburg. That was the real problem, it's not that he doesn't have AAA it's that she didn't want to honor his 100 mile tow. She told the driver, who already had him in the truck, to drop him off and leave him on the side of the road when it's dark and raining. This company should not be in business with her shady business practices and AAA should not be partnering with a company who won't uphold their end of the contract. If deb is an employee she should be fired. If she is the owner she should not be in business. I'd give this place negative 10 stars if I could. Needed a tow to a dealership so they sent someone out. Tow truck driver wanted to test the car battery since the vehicle would not start. He hooked up a jump-start box backwards to the battery while still hooked up to the car. Literally blew up my battery and probably destroyed some fuses. Enterprise was the company contacted by AAA to tow me 95 miles to a tire shop closer to my home. This was after both my tire and spare tire went flat on my way home from Fort Bragg to Sacramento (first a nail and then a bad valve stem). The company called me originally stating they didn't have someone to do a long haul tow, but after they checked with AAA they determined all other responses would be very extended arrival times, so they committed and dispatched a driver. I'm so thankful for this! Response time was just over an hour, tow operator was well supplied and knowledgeable, and he made the trip bearable with humor and good conversation. We arrived to the tire shop 3 minutes before they closed- I got a new tire and hit the road to finish making my way home. read more

I had recently bought a vehicle that I had driven up to Clearlake for the day when I notice my tire was flat. I pulled the car off to the side and parked it in the safest possible spot off David Ave. I then left to go look for assistance but since I'm not from the area, it took longer then expected to get the help I needed. At 9:37 I returned to the place where my car was parked to find out that my car had been towed by Enterprise 15 minutes before. When I called them to explain my tire situation, they quickly and joyfully told me that the office was closed till Monday and I'd have to pay hundreds of dollars in fees to get it out. This left me completely stranded in clearlake with no way home and without any of my things for two days. I most likely will not see my car again due to the fees. Thanks Enterprise! We consulted several shops to evaluate the brakes on our car and received estimates from $500 - 800. Enterprise Towing was recommended to us by the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce and we were not disappointed. They informed us the condition of the brakes did not warrant a full replacement but recommended resurfacing the front rotors and showed us visually why this was necessary. They also suggested installing new pads for the front since the labor cost would be the same as just the rotor work. They also assured us the parts were premium grade as specified by the dealer. The total for the job ended being less than $200 and we received 12 mo warranty for parts & labor which is valid at dozens of shops throughout Northern California. Although their shop was busy, it was immaculate & organized, the staff was friendly and when we went to retrieve our car, we found a white carnation on the front seat. Nice touch. Lets face it, garages and other repair shops get a bad rap for being rip-offs due to the fact most consumers don't have mechanical knowledge and are at the mercy of the shop itself. Called AAA for wife's car. Battery dead. Enterprise Towing AAA camevout, Matt #1 was the Battery Service Tech. He was early on projected time. Polite and professional. The battery wasn't salvageable so he gave me info on replacing it. Price was great so I said, let's do this! He didn't have the right battery so he headed back to their shop (almost 20mi away) and was back in just over an hour. Installed it. Checked it. All good. We often comment whenever things go poorly ... but rarely when the go well! I appreciate Enterprise Towing, AAA and Matt #1! Thanks for the great service. To say how awesome these folks were, I can tell you I've kept their card to make sure to post a review since December 2013. We were in the middle of our trip (6 hours in either direction) and our car broke down. AAA directed us to them and we couldn't have been more blessed. We had a 1991 Chrysler LeBaron of which (we found out during this experience) parts weren't made any longer. The owner worked with the local junk yard and was able to find the parts we needed, had them delivered, and installed them in time for us to make it to our destination before Christmas. They truly were our Christmas miracle. We can't thank them enough. read more

The woman who runs this places is a heartless LIAR I was stranded in an emergeny situation, my AAA card was in my car, which was stuck in mud far too away to walk (with dogs and medication) and my primary card wasn't working. I had a panic attack, in their parking lot. She called the police and tried to say I was on drugs and preventing her driver from leaving (total lie) She then said if I was able to to get the minimum in cash, they would take me. She made me show her that my phone was dead, and the cash. She said it'd be an hour. Through a window and it was VERY difficult to understand her. I asked if maybe I could come in because I had mud filled shoes, she said she'd call a taxi. I said I couldn't afford that nor did I have a place to go. She said something I couldn't stand and walked away. After waiting an our I yelled "please tell me if someone is coming" she shook her head no and walked away from the window not giving ANY EXPLANATION!!! If it weren't for the kindness of 2 strangers with a big truck I would have had to sleep outside, with no warm clothes, no medication I needed, and my therapy dog stranded too far for me to get to. The police were rude and said there was nothing they would do to help me, I COULD HAVE FROZEN TO DEATH IN THE WET CLOTHES!!! I can't imagine a worse human to be running a business or interacting with costumers at all. She I cold hearted, rude, and AN OUT RIGHT LIAR I WILL BE RELAYING THIS TO AAA AND INSIST THEY NO LONGER OFFER SERVICE THROUGH THIS COMPANY. If that woman isn't an owner, she should be immediately fired. My 3 year old and I were traveling from Oregon to see my inlaws mid May. We were 4 hours into our 6 hour trip, things were going great, the drive was beautiful along Hwy 20 until my transmission light came on and my car wouldn't shift. When we were stranded about 30 minutes from home locked out of our car with the key fob AT HOME we called AAA and they sent Danny from Enterprise towing to the rescue. We figured we would have to tow the car home. but with only one seat in the tow truck I would have had to drive back to pick up the rest of us. Danny had a better plan, he called his coworker Felicia who happened to be on a call close to our house. She went out of her way to pick up my keys and bring them to us so we could just drive the car home! Enterprise Towing is the best! They were professional and helped get my car back on the road quickly. I was recently stranded on highway 20, in between call boxes and no cell service. My tire had split and flatted and I was stuck on the side of the road. I flagged down a passing CalTrans truck who returned to see what was wrong. Since there was no service at all, the Caltrans workers drove to where there was service, called the CHP, and then returned to let me know. The CHP arrived and called Enterprise Towing to come help with my car. My car has a low profile and is not easy to get on a jack. The driver was creative and figured out how to elevate my car and changed the tire quickly to get me back on the road (and out of the heat!) I highly recommend Enterprise Towing. read more

My car went off a cliff the other night and I called AAA for a tow, which called this "business." They refused the tow claiming that they did not do tows over 30 feet of cable. Later than night after surviving my crash I called AAA and they said that 1) this was the shop responsible for when I crashed, and 2) that all their shops are required to do tows up to 100 ft. of cable. Enterprise's refusal forced a fire officer and police officer and I to wait on the side of a rainy, foggy, dangerous Hwy. 29 for almost 3 hours, risking another car losing it into us. Due to this one of the officers had to call a non-AAA towing shop, and wait for them. And since Enterprise refused I had a $250 bill from the responsible and ethical towing company! A few days later I called Enterprise to ask them why they refused. The gal who answered the phone said it was because "we were too busy," at which time I asked for the owner. When I spoke with him he claimed it was due to the fact that his shop only goes down to Robert Louis Stevenson Park. As AAA said, this is not true. So, now we have three excuses given by Enterprise: 1) can't do tows over 30 ft. of cable, 2) too busy, and 3) it's not in our territory. When you get three excuses from a business, clearly there is lying going on, especially when too of the lies were debunked by AAA! This is not one needs to deal with after a life-threatening accident which they were lucky to walk away from alive! After sharing this story with LOTS of people in town, EVERYONE I spoke with had a similar story and described these people as lazy, crooked, and untrustworthy. Thus, I can bet that the positive reviews here giving them a 4 rating are written by their pals. If I could rate them a big fat ZERO I would, and wholeheartedly say BUYER BEWARE AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! We broke down driving in the mountains to go camping a long long way from home and Dave really bailed us out. He had a ton of leverage over us: we were stranded on the side of a road in the dark with a dying phone. He did not abuse this leverage in the least. I hesitate to even try to explain how absurdly helpful, kind and giving this man was with his time and effort because I do not want a future client get unfair expectations at what was clearly unreasonably generous service. There is a bend in the driveway with trees on each side Aron and a big guy with lots of tattoos (sorry I didn't get his name) pulled my car up the driveway by a cable and then loaded it on a flatbed. She wasn't sure where she was at so I gave AAA rep. directions and told him I would give lady a ride home and wait for tow truck driver with keys and her AAA card, it was about 100 degrees outside. Apparently this is one of the towing companies the ClearLakePolice Dept. calls to tow cars away and store them when there has been a accident Unfortunately on New Years Eve last year my husband and I were hit head on in our new Tahoe when a car crossed over the double yellow lines for reasons unknown. Sadly she died on impact and we were seriously injured, taken away by ambulance to the Sutter Lake Hospital. We assumed our car would be in safe protection . Wrong! A woman dies, we are in the hospital with injuries and either the police or most likely the employees who towed our car away to their establishment took advantage of us and stole almost $1000 of our belongings!! Our SUV was hit in the front, we were returning home from a wonderful Christmas with our family, lots of new gifts, blankets, boxes of Christmas items along with our luggage in the back. All material things , yes. But how sickening is it to be taken advantage of while we had to both undergo surgeries and months of physical therapy!! I am a firm believer in karma.... pathetic thieves. Shady company that will take advantage of you. I was stick in a ditch, I was told I had to wait till the operator got a price for the service. I told her it's 3 am and I need assistance not a GEICO quote! Basically I don't care what it costs, please help me! Driver shows up and wants to charge $150 for 5 min of his time. I got arrested for a failure to appear literally across the street from there tow yard the didn't even have to tow it a block.and my truck was impounded for the night. The following day I bailed out and immediately set out to get my truck from them. The lady told me when I got there that they only accepted cash. It was new years all the banks were closed. so I couldn't get the cash out till the following morning. The following morning I went back to the tow yard and they said that it had been 3 days now so they had to charge me 570.00. I said yesterday you told me you were only going to charge me for 1 day and now your charging me for 3 days, plus a lein they put on my vehicle because it had been 3 days. I got mad and told the bitch off and she said if you want to be like that I'll charge you more. They charged me 690.00 for my vehicle being towed a block down the street and they charged me 4 days for my attitude. Not only that when I went to walk down the street to get my car they had stored outside of there tow yard they had someone beat me there and thrash my car. Pulled everything out of glove compartment and threw it all over the car, stole my radio even though the dummies had an inventory slip that said it was there. Left my door open. I am now filing a lawsuit with the company and calling the police to report them and calling the better business burea. That is highway robbery.
