I went there because one of my tires had probably been punctured. They were able to see me right away and sure enough found a small nail in the tire. They repaired it quickly and only charged me $20. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely go back if they need arises. read more

I had my Jeep towed to this shop as they were the closest location. Before the Jeep was dropped off the tow truck I asked if the tire could be repaired as they said they didn't have a replacement tire in the size. They said it could do I had the tow truck drop the Jeep. After an hour and a half waiting the young man came in and said he couldn't fix it and he said that three of the lug nuts broke off. He said the nuts had swollen due to age of the car. This made no since as a month ago I had new tires installed by my tire shop of 30 years. So they would have informed me.if there was something wrong. They then went to Walmart bought a tire. Two more hours they were done. They charged me for the lug nuts they broke off and 145 for a new tire. read more

I had brought my car to 2 different Tire shops in Clearlake asking them to find out why my car shook so bad especially at 65 mph plus, With No answers other than put on new tire. Awesome tire shop. I brought my Mercedes E63 AMG in to get all 4 tires replaced at 4:30pm and they were able to get it done the same day and the car drives so much better now. Great service professional and reasonably priced-3 guys worked in concert to change 3 of my tires with one another and I was done in 20-30 minutes. I found the employees to be indifferent, less than communicative, somewhat disrespectful, and unprofessional. I also found their work a bit shoddy. I will not use this business again. Note that I had tires put on on a Saturday; perhaps those employees only work weekends--which might explain the numerous favorable reviews? At least the price was reasonable. read more

What a series of bad experiences this turned out to be. Had to go elsewhere to get the work done for a fraction of what this place quoted. A friend recommended them when I needed some tires and tire work. Wasted my time. Humiliated me repeatedly, put me off, put me on runaround. Wouldn't honor quote. Wouldn't talk directly to me without getting "daddy" on the phone. Utterly insulted me by ranting on the phone in attempt to defend son's incompetency. My 4 trips to the place, 5 phone calls involving extensive holds, and numerous attempts to do business resulted in sour, humiliating and frustrating memories I wish I could forget. I ended up being shut out and insulted - . I was the first one at the shop promptly at opening for my appointment to have some tires swapped out and mounted on different wheels. The 2 workers seemed intent on putting me off while they had nothing else to do but throw a power play on me. I waited and waited, only to have the "little boss," Owen, tell me he had his father on the phone and he wanted to talk to me. What a mistake. We'll call him the "big boss," Eric, whoe then went into a raging tirade about how I should stop abusing his son. What? I spent 2 weeks trying to make this appointment because I kept getting a runaround about how busy they always are. Now I show up for the appointment, and rather than even speaking to me, Owen gets a punk attitude and has his daddy on the phone yelling at me for his twisted story about how I abused him. The "big boss" told me he wouldn't do my job unless I kissed his son's rear. I handed the phone back and went to another shop down the street that did the work for free when they heard about this story. I'd recommend using one of the other alternatives. read more

Been buyin tires here for years with amazing service . Friday brought in my spliter tire to get used tire to get me back workin . They were busy but 10 min an im back in business . I tell him shoot im gonna bring the other one in , hes says we've got 'em . Sat i bring the other one in to get a good used tire just to look better . One car there and these guys on saturday cant help me . So i say ill leave it till monday . Monday one truck there , same guys as sat say they couldnt find a used 15 in tire .
