They were so nice. I had picked up a nail. They did not need to replace my tire nor did they try to convince me to do anything I did not need done. They simply fixed my tire. The price was super reasonable. Now it did take a minute because I was without a reservation and they had other customers, but the staff was so nice I did not care. They had a nice waiting area and that place, for a tire shop is clean. I was very happy. I am now a fan of Big O Tires.

I decided to upgrade extended valve stems on all rear tires from rubber to metal. I was assured my manager this shop had done this work before. Valve stems needed to be ordered. Process took a week and I was not immediately notified when parts did finally arrive. I called them to find parts had arrived. Returned to shop for extended valve install. I few days later I found my stranded along side of road with a leaky differential rear axle issue damage by this tire shop. I am never going back this tire repair shop again!!!!!

When my car got a flat tire this week I went to Sullivan's to have it patched (since I left my…read moreformer tire place after their failure to make a faulty alignment right.) Even though John Sullivan's house is in the newest evacuation path of the fire if the wind shifts, he took time to repair my tire (and the tires of others behind me,) before going to his house to remove as many things as possible just in case the fire comes to his home! This is incredible behavior given what most human beings would do in his situation! Not only did John do a good job on my tire, but he is one of the unsung Good Samaritans among us. A trip to Sullivan's is quite the refreshing change as compared to a tire place in Clearlake which claims it knows how to do alignments (by advertising them in their front yard,) when it does not, and then makes excuses, instead of making things right, after your car is not restored to what it was before their ill-done "alignment." Instead, you get excuses from its owner claiming that the problems (including a now permanent rattling dashboard and glove compartment,) which were not there the day before their so-called alignment "can happen at any time" though they miraculously happen the day after their so-called alignment! This was the same line of B.S. I got from the owner of one of the oil change places in town after a faulty oil change leading to the ruination of my last car the day after his oil change, which later led to his lying his way through the court system to avoid responsibility. Please support Sullivan's Tire & Auto Service due to his incredibly self-less behavior and over-the-top example of customer service.
