Excellent service never has cost more than the estimate. Always repaired on time. They have gone beyond what is needed. While doing an oil change on my work truck they noticed a replacement door handle on the seat. When I picked it up got in and noticed that it was installed, never charged me. When I mentioned it to them they no charge not a big deal. That's service! read more

This place is the absolute best. Someone hit my car, damaging front end and wheel assembly. They just didn't do the mechanical but got fender and repaired as well ... all, much cheaper than totaling car, which I was told was the case. They saved my butt! This is the truth. They were polite, efficient, and honest. I had gotten a flat tire and they diagnosed it as a hole in the tire that could be patched - thrilled that they did not try to sell me a new tire (or two!) I needed a simple cooling system pressure check, after initially calling, I went to One Stop Automotive and specifically asked if they're mechanic had experience working on BMW's. Andrew, the service manager said that they worked on BMW's quite often and politely stated that they could do the pressure check. I returned a couple days later to have the test done and that's when it all went wrong. To start with, Andrew was very annoyed that I was asking questions, especially when I asked why the mechanic was going to open the cooling system while the vehicle was hot. Everyone knows that you can't open a cooling system on a hot car, there's a simple warning on the cap. The mechanic opened the system and hot fluid went everywhere, it didn't help that the car was running when he did this. I questioned the mechanic, "Why he didn't let the engine cool before opening the system", but he ignored me. I made a comment about the car overheating, because the coolant was leaking everywhere and the mechanic turned the car off and walked out of the area. I asked Andrew what was going on, and after 15 minutes, he said that they couldn't do the test. I asked if they were going to replace my coolant and I was told that they were going to add generic coolant. BMW's require special coolant, which is what I told them and after arguments from Andrew and two mechanics, they had the local parts store bring BMW coolant. Not only did they not dilute the coolant 50/50, but they didn't bleed the system. It was obvious that Andrew lied about his mechanics abilities, which caused more problems. I'm sure this shop is good at installing tires, but when it comes to vehicle repairs, they are incompetent. I hope this reviews saves someone time, money and especially frustration. read more

I ended up buying 4 truck tires from this shop as I found myself in their area, waiting for a doctor's appointment. Not only were they fast, polite and easy to do business with, I received a call about a month later telling me they accidently overcharged me $10. Since I am not from that area, they sent me a $10 refund check to my home immediately. I highly recommend this shop! read more

They have always treated me fairly and done good work for me. I have been taking my vehicles there since 2009. I am pretty knowledgeable and a bit of a DIYer when it comes to vehicles. That said I know my limitations and some repairs just are not worth the headache to do at home. They have done a number of jobs for me competently. At the end of the day knowledge is power and I shop around when it comes to timing belt services, brakes, tires and so on. The review by Jessica B. strikes me as unfair. If you drive an expensive import you really should take it to the dealer for service..that's common sense. read more
