He got mad and was rude and ehat he said didnt line up with what the person that was supposed to buy my RV said. I was ready to tell him I appreciate him letting me know and before I could say anything he hung up on me. I dont think that is very professional. I can understand not wanting to get in the middle of it but at the same time they tow vehicles not repair them so they shouldn't give out quotes unless they have looked and tried out what is being sold. They never showed up. I sat waiting on them for between an hour and a half to two hours. I originally had tried to call them and got a voicemail. When I called Progressive back, they tried to call this company and also couldn't get an answer. Finally, Progressive said they would get somebody else to tow my vehicle, which, as of the time of this writing, I'm still waiting on them to call back. I had a release order for my vehicle, yet the tow company delayed releasing it for days, changed…read morefee amounts, and required paperwork to be signed before I was allowed to see the vehicle. Communication during this process was hostile and unprofessional, including threatening and profane messages while they controlled access to my car. If the vehicle had been released when the release order was first issued, I would have been able to retrieve it before severe weather moved in. Because of the delay, by the time a pickup was finally scheduled the lot had approximately two feet of snow, making it unsafe and impossible to remove the vehicle. The tow yard was also over two hours late for the scheduled pickup time and then became unresponsive, causing me to miss work. I additionally discovered that my keys were left inside the vehicle while it sat in the lot, raising concerns about care and security. Despite these issues, they attempted to charge additional fees for that day. This experience caused unnecessary stress, lost wages, and financial harm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

I had just bought my Highlander so I was pretty upset. I was worried it was going to be totaled out. I have Progressive insurance and they like to set up claimants that own Toyotas with Midwest Auto Collision. Apparently these guys are the unofficial garage of Toyota West, which was a plus in my book, as they're used to dealing with Toyota vehicles. I dropped it off there and waited a few weeks until it was ready. It was not a very long wait given that they had to order parts and pretty much rebuild the front-end. I was pleased to see that it looked great when I finally got it back. Midwest even said it was okay to drop off my rental with them and they'd get it back to Enterprise... no worries. A couple weeks after I got my SUV back I noticed that the replaced headlamp was bouncing up and down on the highway, making my lights effectively flicker up and down. I called them up worrying that they would say it's not covered. But instead they gladly told me to bring in it back in. I drove in a few days later, and they remounted the light in 15 minutes and that was that. No extra money or stress. All around the folks there were extremely friendly and did a good job of putting my Highlander back together. A+ Customer Service. Gary is a nice guy that reassured me the whole way that everything would work out.

I was in an accident, my car needed cosmetic repairs, I agreed to let David Cooper, from Midwest Auto Collision repair my car. He had my car for nearly two weeks, when it was finished he tried to pressure my husband and I into paying him with cash instead of check...that was the first red flag. I told him no, came to pick up my car, had to sit in a filthy office for 30 minutes while he pulled my car around. It was nearly dark, and his shop is in a bad neighborhood, and I couldn't see my car well because there was inadequate lighting outside. The next morning, I went out to look my car over, and I saw there was paint over spray all over my car that David neglected to clean off. In my contract, the agreement was free full detail of car to customer, that did not happen...my car was filthy dirty, it looked like someone put muddy shoes all over the dash and inside of my car doors, the attention to detail was lacking to say the least. When I saw these things, I called David and asked why he did not honor our contractual agreement, he tried to talk over me and just kept telling me to bring it back in. I advised him that I don't have more time to waste bringing my car back to do something that should have been completed. He then became belligerent and said: I can make this easy on you or hard, which way do you fucking want it? I told him that he has no right to speak to me that way. He proceeded to curse at me and yell and finally hung up. I texted him to advise I am reporting him to the BBB. At that time, he started calling repetitively, and texting. I did not answer his calls. Not one time did David Cooper ever apologize take accountability for doing a terrible job on my car, and for breaching our contract. Stay away from Midwest Auto Collision. They will not honor your contract, if you say something, be prepared to be harassed and talked to like YOU did something wrong.

We needed a rental car for our family of six out of Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, there were no…read morerental cars available from the airport. However, there were cars available from different locations in the surrounding area. This location was the closest to our airport hotel. The inside is indefinite need of an upgrade, but the staff is hard-working and friendly. I watched one man with the phones and the queue of customers expertly for about 20 minutes before a colleague join him from the back. Spoiler alert: while we were able to find cars away from the airport, we were not able to find a large vehicle for our family of six. Thus, we ended up renting two smaller vehicles from this location with me and my husban each driving one. I opted for a midsize SUV, and it was not ready even though we weren't at the desk until about an hour after our scheduled reservation time. That said, the staff was communicative and worked quickly to get the vehicle ready for me. The vehicles were clean, late models. Our only issue is not being able to get the radio to work in one.
