I called and immediately got someone who took down her location and info and sent a guy out. He said it would be 30 minutes but it was quicker than that! They got to her and got her safely back into her vehicle so she could be on her way. All within a total of 40 minutes. When he was confronted, he stated that " I have a family and I took them out to dinner" IN MY VEHICLE!!! I was under the impression that they were located in Rogers, Arkansas and he took my vehicle two hours away to Springfield Missouri to his personal house after eating at a restaurant. I have screenshots included because I had a tracker in my vehicle, watching his every move He damaged the living hell out of my vehicle, and put in writing that he would pay for the damages and admitted that he was responsible. Now he is refusing to pay and stated that this is complete "B&&&s&$t" That he hast to pay, even though he put in writing on his company Instagram that he would pay for the damages. Not only did he damage my headliner in the vehicle. He did a significant amount of damage to my interior of the vehicle and he also did thousands of Dollars and damages to my paint, and I had to file a claim with my insurance to have the vehicle painted. That is a whole Different story that ended up in a lawsuit for the damages that they caused to the vehicle as well. Danny is incredibly hard to get in touch with is the worst human being I've ever worked with. The tire/engine function is the same half the time. My last trip when rinsing the timer ran out added more quarters and when it restarted it shot out a bunch of soap causing me to restart all the rinsing. I prefer manual car washing to automatic locations but this one is so frustrating I prefer to drive to the north side of Roger's to use a car wash that actually works. They worry about bbq and propane sales versus their core business.
