He told me 3 or 4 times that my boat was being worked on (I absolutely see no evidence that this was true) and then, even when he told me he would give me a call to give me an update - would not and did not. I finally just went and got my boat and would NOT recommend him to anyone. This has no bearing on those that work there - this is all on him. They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long. Just my opinion but an opinion based on my experience.

When it was picked up the battery was dead and the tires were low. When I got it home and plugged a fuse got blown. A licensed Rv tech came out and found burnt wiring in the fuse box and the 50amp receptacle had a broken ground (see photo). When I turned the air on it began to smell hot and it was 100% non functioning, which must be replaced. This was supposed to be my full time residence, but now it is inhabitable until it can be repaired. I have made calls to Springdale RV and they have yet to call me back.

We had to order and wait several weeks, but the process was pretty streamlined. When we went to pick it up, financing was simple. We've had our camper 4 years this May 2025, and it's been great. We have a lifetime warranty if we keep up yearly inspections at Wheels, so we go once a year in April and pay the $200 for inspection. Unfortunately, nothing that we've had to repair has ever been covered by the warranty, so I think it's probably a gimmick to get us to keep up yearly inspections. But at least we know what condition our camper is in. We may decide the yearly inspections aren't worth it soon. But wheels is usually very nice and accommodating when we schedule. If you're in the market for a camper, we did have a good experience at Wheels RV. And we love NW Arkansas.

I called 1st Response Towing & Rescue, as they had a good rating and were apparently quick and less expensive than others. I called and immediately got someone who took down her location and info and sent a guy out. He said it would be 30 minutes but it was quicker than that! They got to her and got her safely back into her vehicle so she could be on her way. All within a total of 40 minutes. Very happy with them and recommend them if you are in the Fayetteville, AR area and need a tow or unlocking service!

We did…read morea quick search and saw that Scotty's RV had a recommend for finding and curing electrical gremlins. We turned around and got there right at closing time. Scotty and his team hooked us up to power and water and we just camped in their parking lot for the night. The next day, Mike started hunting down the gremlins. He really knows his stuff. They rebuilt the carburetor on the generator, reset the voltage meter and changed the control board on the refrigerator. (Yes, it was having MAJOR power surges and burning stuff up). Can't say enough about the quality of work and their hospitality! We were back on the road the next day.

Completely unprofessional, argumentative, and dismissive of my concerns. Will never utilize this…read moreservice again. Called and requested towing for my dead EV. While on the phone i specifically asked for rollers for the back wheels, as the car was unable to be put in neutral and the parking brake could not be release. I was informed this would incur extra equipment fees, and i agreed to this. When the truck arrived, the driver refused to use the tow hook and insisted on strapping to my rear control arms, then instead of rollers, pulled out plastic slides. When i explained why i requested rollers i was met with "i know how to do my job" and "do you want me to leave" threatening to strand me with my car. While loading my vehicle, one side slid off due to the inappropriate winch angle. When i called dispatch to speak to the manager, i was informed I "never asked for rollers" and was then told about the slides and told they would have never sent the truck if i wanted rollers. I never would have agreed to the tow if they would have informed me of the slides. This seems like a blatant attempt to gaslight me, after they already had money they only then told me about the slides. Even after multiple requests to ensure the wheels would not roll, the driver jerked and bounced my car by the rear wheels when attempting to unload my car. They know best, and the customers concerns aren't valid.
