From the first phone call to working out all the kinks for the deal this team was outstanding! I will admit I was a bit concerned after hearing from others about their experiences with camping world (not this location but local to me locations!) But we have never received the customer service and hospitality this business has shown! Emily helped us from day one to get the ball rolling and kept in touch over the phone and emails through the entire process. Jordan worked up a deal we couldn't resist especially after falling in love with this unit at a local lot. So, we set out to go pick up our camper on my husbands off days. The team reached out to us the night prior to us coming and let us know they were expecting some winter weather but wasn't sure if it would be bad or not but wanted to give us the heads up. We decided to go ahead and make the trip anyways. So about 3 hours in to the drive it started sleeting the roads quickly started icing over. The traffic was at a standstill or VERY SLOW for much of the way as the roads were very slick and people were running off the roads everywhere but we kept trucking on slow and steady - a 5 hour drive turned into 10 hours. During the drive Emily called to check on us a few times they even offered for us to stop and stay in a hotel and come the rest of the way the next day, we decided to just go ahead and keep pushing on unless it got too bad not to make it. Eventually we did make it though! Everything was extremely nice and professional. Our walk through with Carrie (forgive me if I spelt it wrong) was AMAZING. She was one of the greatest people I've ever encountered at a dealership/ service dept. Carrie told us everything we needed to know then she fixed some small issues I saw without hesitation. While we were there the ice was continuing to come down. We were getting considered with how we would pull it off the lot to get anywhere for the night and then they offered for us to stay on the lot and plugged in!! How awesome is that! We got everything done then went back to our camper for the night, Carrie put waters, paper towels, bags etc in the camper for us to have for our stay. This dealership / service shop / store THE WHOLE 9 YARDS was great and worth the trip!! A trip that turned into quite the adventure wasn't so bad when you get treated the way they treated us! Absolutely amazing place to do a deal with!!

We have had nothing but issues with service and not getting our rig looked at for over a week in their possession until we call and after almost 2 weeks we still do not have status updates. Things were not addressed properly and getting feedback has been nonexistent. We have to fight to get answers for everything. So frustrating! We had to order and wait several weeks, but the process was pretty streamlined. When we went to pick it up, financing was simple. We've had our camper 4 years this May 2025, and it's been great. We have a lifetime warranty if we keep up yearly inspections at Wheels, so we go once a year in April and pay the $200 for inspection. Unfortunately, nothing that we've had to repair has ever been covered by the warranty, so I think it's probably a gimmick to get us to keep up yearly inspections. But at least we know what condition our camper is in. We may decide the yearly inspections aren't worth it soon. But wheels is usually very nice and accommodating when we schedule. If you're in the market for a camper, we did have a good experience at Wheels RV. And we love NW Arkansas.

We did…read morea quick search and saw that Scotty's RV had a recommend for finding and curing electrical gremlins. We turned around and got there right at closing time. Scotty and his team hooked us up to power and water and we just camped in their parking lot for the night. The next day, Mike started hunting down the gremlins. He really knows his stuff. They rebuilt the carburetor on the generator, reset the voltage meter and changed the control board on the refrigerator. (Yes, it was having MAJOR power surges and burning stuff up). Can't say enough about the quality of work and their hospitality! We were back on the road the next day.

The initial winch install was a joke, using supplied cables the tech simply.wrapped and snaked the excess cable around the bumper rather than shortening it to reduce ohm/ voltage loss...I took it back and made them redo it correctly, which they gladly did...better communication perhaps but also lack of attention to detail.
