Next, when I got home, I went to load my other car on the trailer and the front disconnected from my hitch. The ball is the correct size, she just never tightened it down on my car. Thankfully they took responsibility for the damage to my car and their insurance covered it, but even that was a slightly drawn out and annoying process. Their incompetence could have easily caused a major accident and killed someone. I'm just happy it didn't uncouple on the highway.

I sat silently and let her swear. I tried to shed perspective. Honestly, my life is crazy enough, if she gets rattled about that, I feel bad. I'm never going there again. First time I let it slide because it was partially our fault. We had originally rented a 15 foot truck and while we were waiting for them to open, we decided to change it to a 10 foot. She proceeded to get snappy because she didn't have any 10 foot trucks available because they hadn't been returned yet so I explained to her fine. We'll just stay with the 15 foot truck then all of a sudden there was a 10 foot truck available. Apparently we had changed it to a 10 foot one way instead of a 10 which is why I there was one available so she had to override it. She then apologized for her behavior. the following we had a reservation for showed up around 1157 and nobody was inside. All is well in good. Waited a few minutes still didn't see anybody called the customer service number and at 12:0 the same lady who walked in with a shovel asked if we were waiting long and we told her no only a couple minutes. She then completely lost it on us telling us that we should've gone and looked for her. She can't be waiting around all day for us to arrive. I her we've only been minutes. It's not that serious but if she knew she had a scheduled pick up for noon then she should've come inside at noon and she said we, as the customers should've just looked at the security camera to find out where she coming and gotten her that is not my job and when I explained to her, it is not my job to look at her security cameras and figure out where she is. She got an attitude again, saying there's a big screen right there in front of you that you could've looked at not my job. I had to walk out before I flipped out and while on the phone with explaining the attitude she was giving and the way she essentially told us that we should've gone and hunted her down she approached my vehicle and started knocking on my window, and when I explained to her through the window while on the phone with the main office that I did not talk to proceeded to yell at me through the window, telling me I was going to apologize, but you can forget it now in which the customer service person overheard her documented it. She then went back inside and told my boyfriend from now on to go to a different location. And that she knows she can be a B*TCH to which my response when he told me this was if she knows that she acts that way then she should be working on changing it if she's gonna work in customer service and that she needs to realize that the customer is not responsible for locating her at her job. She's responsible for doing her job appropriately.

Once they had the job and contract, they barely responded to emails. After several days of shooting emails, they finally remembered that they have my package. And the payment part was another terrible story. I had an offer for half of what this company offered, but decided to go with this company because of bad reviews of the other transportation company. But seems that this one is worse.

The software only approved renting a two wheel tow dolly. I received a contract specifying the truck being used to tow, the rear wheel drive Fiat Spider being towed and the tow dolly. My son went to pick it up, a very unpleasant guy told us they wouldn't rent it to us because the Fiat is rear wheel drive. Anyone who does this knows you simply back the rear wheel drive car onto the dolly. I called and Unpleasant guy wouldn't even discuss it. Then he hung up on me. I just found out Unpleasant Guy is the manager. Do yourself a favor and rent from the Danvers Location. It's right up the road. Less traffic, nicer place and the manager Anthony, is excellent.

Trucks were clean but we ran in issues with check engine light within three days on one of them and also a snapped key the first day we had one of the trucks. The swap out was fast and easy.

I'm not sure how I'm supposed to move now but no solution or offer was made to help. They explained that it was an IT error....and a HUGE one at that. I would fire the IT person immediately and at least have some sort of plan for those affected. Horrible business practice. Never again!
