Have used this office for registry and passport photos Generally staff is competent but very cold. Currently trying to deal with them to get a replacement card for an automatic renewal that they never bothered to send saying they have a glitch in their system and that it will take 3 weeks ( never came). So why does the website say it takes 7 to 10 days. Claims I'm covered but without a card I don't believe them like as they claim they sent my card one month ago . It took 2001 recovery five and a half hours to tow my car. The AAA app told me twice the driver was here, and they weren't. I received no updates from towing service or phone call when driver was on his way. AAA service in Burlington county is horrible. AAA doesn't care about customer once they get your membership fee. read more

Went to this location to get my real ID. My experience was fantastic. I have only waited a couple minutes to be taken. The woman who processed by paperwork, Roberta, was lovely! She was friendly and helpful. She explained all the documents and the processes that I needed to understand to complete the transaction. I was done in under 10 minutes. When I asked her about getting a passport photo she said no problem I'll take care of that for you. Unbelievable! Such great customer service and she was so friendly I just had to write a review. I came to this branch so that I could purchase discounted tickets for Six Flags great adventure in New, Jersey. The process went extremely quick and was affordable. When I plan on getting tickets to go once again as this is a park needing more days than one, I would certainly hope to be able to go to an AAA office branch as smoothly as this one. read more

I stopped in to renew my license. I knew it would be more pleasant than the Chinatown RMV, of course, but I was really impressed. There is a separate line for registry services; when I arrived early afternoon mid-week I was the only person in that line so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. (I did arrive with all my paperwork complete.) That includes the photo and vision test and getting my temp license. The staff were extremely pleasant, the facility was clean and orderly, and the line for other AAA services seemed to be moving along at a good pace. Will absolutely come back! And if I had any doubts about going to AAA instead of the RMV in terms of red tape or one-step-removed delays: I went in for the renewal on a Thursday. I went to get my real ID at this branch and I was very pleased how quickly and efficient it was. I made my appointment online and filled out the online portion prior going to the AAA branch. I had all my documentation and cards with me. I walked in and a clerk called my name who was very nice took my photo and eye exam and I was done. My appointment was at 11:20 I was done by 11:25! Second great experience with RMV services at this AAA location. I went in for my Real ID on a Saturday sometime this fall and was done in 20 minutes. The interactions were efficient and pleasant -- I came in having started the online application ahead of time and brought all the documentation I needed -- and I was thrilled not to have to take several hours out of work to go to the RMV on a weekday. read more

When I moved to Japan to live there, I needed to get an international licence to drive around. AAA was super helpful in getting that done for me all within 15 min. They took my pic and all my info and before I knew it, I had a licence to drive anywhere in the world. They also helped me with all the important info needed when traveling abroad and all the places I should check out when I got there. Being a member of AAA I have been able to get a lot of discounts at shops and hotels. I have never needed to use the towing program that AAA has for members (hopefully I will never need that) but its good to know I have it if I need it. read more

soooo, the Tobin Bridge will be cashless - you need an EZPass Transponder lately to travel around Boston. Don't mind the wait at Hampton NH tolls or Maine TPK but figured it was time to get the transponders (link to bank or credit card is scarey). One form to fill out, you get EZPass transponder in the office...three days later, an email from MassDOT and your bank account is charged the initial load $20. Easy Peasy. Much faster than waiting at RMV in Wilmington MA. Parking at this location is annoying. Dedicated spots for the Outback but not AAA?!!! read more

AAA operater.said the.driver.was.at.the.location and.did not.see.a.broken down car...Really...is google maps that hard.... I was able to renew my driver's license here (including vision test), in just a few minutes, no waiting.

Pro: RMV service on a Saturday for members. Con: It is basically the full RMV experience, complete with a clerk behind the counter who lacked much courtesy or intellect. Went in for a very basic RMV transaction. I had high hopes that it would be quick and painless. To make it even more painless, I carefully researched the form I would need and filled it out per the instructions. I arrived at the branch, full of smiles and feeling smug about my planning: My foresight to get a AAA membership and carefully fill out this form per the instructions will pay off with a painless transaction. Entering the office I look to my right: The office is full of AAA employees happily helping people! Woohoo! Then I look to my left: The RMV line. This space in the office, delimited on one side by a rope, serves to separate those seeking RMV services from the happy people who needed anything else. This was my first clue that something was amiss. My second clue came when I saw where the line led to: Exactly one person was handling RMV transactions, and this person is straight from the RMV school of customer service. I generally avoid naming and shaming individuals in Yelp reviews (moreover, I don't actually know the clerk's name), so for the purposes of this review I will refer to this clerk as Pat in homage of Patty Bouvier from the Simpsons. The wait for Pat was easily 30 minutes. To the extent any of that delay is attributable to the person in front of me is unknown, but it is clear that Pat was not conducting business efficiently. My turn for Pat came up. In Pat's presence, I could feel my hope for humanity slowly drain, as I stand face to face with the antithesis of courtesy and intellect. Pat took my carefully filled out and signed form and proceeded to add more to it while asking me questions. I protested, explaining that I filled out the form correctly -- the parts that Pat was marking up was not relevant to the transaction in question (this particular form can be used for many different kinds of transactions). I even pointed to the instructions on the form which clearly said that those questions need not be answered for this particular transaction. Now a reasonable, thinking person would read the plain-English instructions on the form and agree that those questions need not be answered. In contrast, Pat flippantly dismissed my concerns, arguing that her interpretation is correct. Sadly that isn't the case: Far from being a difference of opinion, Pat was simply wrong. To contrast this to an actual RMV branch, well, the Burlington AAA office does not do much to distinguish itself. Here are the pros and cons of coming here instead of going to the RMV directly: * Pro: Saturday service * Con: No chairs to sit in while waiting read more

I went to pick up the stickers for the windshield this AM. I do not know the name of the first woman who helped me she was great. She helped fill out the forms in order to renew my auto Reg. In the future. She then told me I could renew my license now since I had less than a year before it expires, again helped me filling out the form. Used AAA roadside service for the 1st time. At 10 mins on the phone giving my info. The rep put down the wrong vehicle. I have a tacoma 4x4 that requies a flat bed . The rep put down a corolla. They sent the wrong tow truck. Now im waiting 2 hours longer for the flat bed. Ruined my plans to get to work. Cost me 4 hours pay. What a waste of my time and money i spent on AAA plus read more

Although I like AAA for roadside help and discount tickets, their travel service leaves a lot to be desired. I've been here over an hour, and on this Saturday there is only ONE person working in the travel area! The rest of the week they close at 5pm, so working folks are S.O.L. If they need anything. I could not be less satisfied with the service I received here. I went in for a RealID and left after an hour having only moved a single space in the line. There were 14 people ahead of me when I left, and three behind... so be warned. I strongly recommend calling ahead to inquire as to how many people are already there, as I definitely feel tricked by some of these other (admittedly older) reviews touting quick service. If no one is there and you can walk right up, sure, it *might* be ok, but they were completely hammered with individuals trying to get a RealID and their response to the increased demand is, at least today, atrocious. read more

This place sucks period. My son was with them and it took them 9 plus months to finish lessons and many many phone calls to set up road test. Their manager at Watertown office were informed but did nothing at all. Their instructors keep quitting on them as well .Go somewhere else. Avoid trouble. My car wouldn't start and I suspected it was the battery. Jon H., the AAA Tech arrived within a very reasonable amount of time. He tested the battery and all components related to the same to be sure it wasn't some other electrical issue. He got a print out of the roadside computer test and explained the reading to me.
