While Game Xchange might've been a wonderful gamer's haven in the past, in the past year, it has gone SEVERELY downhill. The customer service is downright TERRIBLE. People will stand in line, waiting to be checked out, and the ONE cashier on duty will be standing there, back turned, playing Super Smash Brothers and ignoring everyone and everything around them. And don't even bother asking for help on the phone--the last few times I've been in here, they've totally ignored their ringing phones as well. From what I understand, one of the former managers of this store was sick of how things were going, and started a new store called "Games 2 Go". This store apparently is much more like how Game Xchange used to be, so I have a feeling I'll be visiting them soon. Rest in Peace, old Game Xchange--you used to be cool, and now your terrible customer service has killed it. I won't be returning any time soon. :/

The patience and time they took to diagnose some tedious set up and finding a specific app that was the key issue with the other device is the epitome great customer service. Best Buy couldn't even help me with the issue I had. This crew is great.
