Long warranty, friendly staff, safe environment promoting the usage of masks, great tested products, etc... this is the best used game/dvd/card store in Longview! Everyday there seems to be a new product on the shelf keeping the store fresh. The aisles are organized and the store is well kept. Despite the items being used products there isn't any dust or messes on the floor or counter. Very pleasant experience will definitely shop and trade in more often. read more

My original review of this place is glowing and positive. Well, I'm sad to say that just isn't the case here anymore. While Game Xchange might've been a wonderful gamer's haven in the past, in the past year, it has gone SEVERELY downhill. The customer service is downright TERRIBLE. People will stand in line, waiting to be checked out, and the ONE cashier on duty will be standing there, back turned, playing Super Smash Brothers and ignoring everyone and everything around them. And don't even bother asking for help on the phone--the last few times I've been in here, they've totally ignored their ringing phones as well. From what I understand, one of the former managers of this store was sick of how things were going, and started a new store called "Games 2 Go". This store apparently is much more like how Game Xchange used to be, so I have a feeling I'll be visiting them soon. Rest in Peace, old Game Xchange--you used to be cool, and now your terrible customer service has killed it. I won't be returning any time soon. :/ read more

One of the worst experiences i had i went in to sell one of my wired 360 controllers to get a wireless one. The guy took forever to finish his level when he was playing super Mario world on the SNES. Then he turned around grab the Controller out of my hand and asked what was wrong with it. Rude man just rude! I told him nothing was wrong with it i just needed a wireless one instead to i would like to put this for store credit and pay the difference. He pushes a few buttons on the controller does not even plug it in and tells me no we cant take it. I was like wtf?! you didn't even test it!!! Told him fine have a good day and i went to another game store my friend Luke told me about. Games 2 GO they help me out tremendously! Got my wireless controller for a cheaper price them GameXchange and i felt so important when walking in Game2Go! I know i will be going there forever and ever! read more

This place is completely awful. I have bought 3 games and a Xbox 360 from here. Each time I had to bring my games back because they didn't work. Less then 2 months my Xbox don't work. They want exchange it cuz I don't have the receipt. I know I must be in there computer. I am outraged about this place a never will shop here and will tell everyone I know that they rip people off. If they read this and don't like it they can call me 903 932 0212 P.s. I also was talked into buying the kinect from here. They told me there is no other place you can get it this cheap. Gave it a 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0. Took my son here to get a game tonight and bought a $22.00 wii U game. Guy who checked me out said there was a 90 day refund policy which I thought was reasonable so took it and left. Drove 45 min back home and son immediately put game in console and guess what? So scratched up that it didn't even play. Console rejected it. I called the store and they said they were sorry but no refunds. Ow as welcome to drive 45 min back to Marshall to "have it cleaned" but no refund. I asked for managers phone number and he conveniently said he didn't have it. Apparently he thought I was an idiot. Apparently I was to every buy something from this skeezie place! Googled corporate number and left a message. Of course no call back and I'm sure I won't get one either. Monday I will be calling my bank to disputed the charges because clearly this is a scam. Oh and if you're the owner and you're reading this... your oh so kayak employees who don't have your phone number also said your policies suck (the same policy they lied to me about 1 hour previous) They also said "this is just a job and not a good company to work for or buy from" So you may want to reconsider hiring better liars if you're going to continue your scam. I'd feel bad about throwing them under the bus but apparently they don't have any class or self value if they are okay won't working for a company that lies to customers and sells broken product to little boys. All of you are scum. It may have just been $22 but I work hard for my money and don't like to be taken advantage of. Good luck loosing your business.
