I tried other means of payment for them as well, even offering to buy some individually, but the man is stubborn and hard headed. No clue how this business is still up and running. Wouldn't recommend even in the slightest. The other women working there are awesome, but brother is just too much. Shop elsewhere. There's a shop at the mall near by, located over by the movie side as you walk in. Much better people and business there. Even GameXChange is a better place than Collector's Den. There was a dirty blond hair guy working and another guy in the shop, I don't think he was an employee since I've never seen him there before (or after) the event. Well he (the employee) recommended the game I wanted for the PS4, and said they would not have the game I was looking for until the following Friday at the soonest. Well I was willing to wait until then, and the employee proceeded to go back to looking at his computer. The other guy proceeded to help me with picking out another game for my PS4, and called the employee out and told him the he should help me with recommending games. He (the employee) said that they didn't have the game I wanted and there was nothing he could do about it. I left after taking that other guys advice and buying a great game he recommended. The employee did nothing but tell me when they would have the game I originally came in for, and take my money when buying the game that other customer helped me pick. I bought that game I was looking for at the other Gameking. Overall this use to be a nice game store, now its filled with rude employees. Not all are bad, there is one employee that is always helpful and stuff. Just not my place to really shop now unless I can't get to GameStop or the other GameKing. Fire some employees and maybe you'll do better. The only thing keeping me from giving it one star is the one employee I mentioned in the first paragraph, and out of the general fact that this GameKing is still slightly better at some things then GameStops.

I turned to tell my boyfriend that one of the employees was eyeing us and that we really needed to hurry (in an attempt to be as considerate as possible) and the woman immediately began badmouthing us on her walkie-talkie RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. As if this wasn't bad enough, at checkout my sister-in-law swiped her target discount card for me just as a kindness, and when my payment wouldn't process, one of the employees stepped in and YELLED at me about how "using that discount doesn't work without a target red card" and rolled her eyes at us. I mean, geez... I'm sorry that I wasn't aware. I'm sorry that your day was so terrible you couldn't take 2 seconds to ask us if we needed help rather than immediately choose to be nasty.
