It was Valentine's Day and my Granddaughter needed something to do while her parents went out to eat . She chose a movie so we purchased the tickets and stood in line for concessions , The line was long , I did notice there was only one person running the register and two people retrieving drinks and food . I believe if they had two line going , running two registers the line for concessions would not have been such a long wait for the customers. In other words , the concession stand needs some organization to run smoothly. All in all it was a great experience and the movie was awesome ! read more

Came over to see Wicked on a Monday afternoon. The cinema room was accommodating, clean and with excellent sound. The tufted seats are a salient feature of the venue. Super comfortable, reclining seats like a living room sofa. The place wasn't busy, and had superb service in all: refreshments and ticketing. There was cleanliness throughout. After visiting this theater twice over the holiday weekend, I have decided I will not be back. Both times (Saturday & Sunday) it took at least 30 minutes for us to get concessions. THIRTY MINUTES. If you arrive to see a movie on time, you are going to miss the beginning. Imagine paying full price for a movie and then missing the entire first act because you were waiting in line to get popcorn. Oh, and if you were hoping to get literally anything else, too bad because they were out. Candy? Sold out. Slushies? Nope. Medium drinks? Out of cups. BE SO FOR REAL. How were you not more prepared for a busy holiday weekend??? Honestly, it was absolutely ridiculous. Not only was the wait for food a joke, but the theater itself was disgusting. There were bits of popcorn on every visible inch of the carpet. Trash cans were OVERFLOWING with garbage. Giving one extra star because at least the AV was acceptable. However, I'll save myself the thirty minutes waiting in line and just drive to another theater. p.s. what is with the "luxury" chairs? are they supposed to move at all? are they all broken? basically there are buttons that do nothing. you're welcome. read more

They recently remodeled the seats within the last few years, really bringing an upgrade to one of the only two theaters in the Upper Valley. They offer a good selection of movies and the parking is very accessible. Can't go wrong here. read more

Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised. This was the first time that I have visited this establishment. I'm a bit of a princess when it comes to theaters but we thought we would give this place a go. I usually travel 60 minutes to get to a fancier theatre. They serve beer on draft and alcohol such as wine, hard seltzer etc. Basically, any theatre where I can sip a drink is a win win in my book. Prices are fantastic! The seats were super comfy and do recline a bit. You have a small table to place your food or drink. The sound was also good and this was one of my concerns heading in. I plan on being a regular customer here as they get my stamp Of approval! read more

10AM matinee to see Final Reckoning. There were only about 5 other people in the theater with us, so crowd at ticket sakk lol es and concessions a non-issue. We picked our seats and bought online. 7 bucks each! Reclining chairs were comfy but my lumbar support wasn't working on my chair. Of course we had some pop corn and soda.2 larges were 16 bucks with allowed refill. Popcorn and soda decent enough, though not fresh. I guess if you put enough butter oil on it, it doesn't matter. Soda was a little on the flat side, but overall drinkable. Sound a pic was great. No real issues and I'm sure we will be back next for the next Jurassic movie. Scarlett J AND dinosaurs? I had the worst experience at this movie theater and I will never go there again!!! If you buy tickets in person they assign you a seat in the front row. Regardless of how early you arrive. The "manager" let me know that on-line tickets get priority. What a crappy system. What a stupid manager not to realize that. Who the hell wants to sit in the first row?! Bad customer service. The seats only recline from the back so your feet will not be elevated. The theaters are tiny. Every time the theater door opens, light hits the screen and causes a large glare. Popcorn, candy, and alcohol are offered at the concession stand. Surprisingly, there is a decent selection of movies showing for such a small theater. That being said, the movie audio was good and the theater was clean. read more

Mike and his wife have made entertainment cinemas such an amazing atmosphere. They are so accommodating to our residents whom are local to Leb. They always go above and beyond to make sure ADA seating is available to us and if not they find acomidations for us, and that our experience is nothing but enjoyable and relaxing. Purchased 4 seats online 2 days before showing. Our seats were taken by other people. We found other seats. Upon movie starting, 2 people came and said we were in their seats. I'm not sure if the theater over sold, as prior to the movie starting, others were struggling to find seats. Then someone from staff asked us if they could give us vouchers for another showing, all while the movie was going for 10 minutes. Um, why don't they monitor their theater better. If you're selling online tickets, each seat sold in person also needs to be chosen at purchase. This is how it's done at every other theater we've ever been to that offers online tickets. We declined the vouchers as we live 55 minutes away. The 'reclining' seats are not true recliners. Only seat back can manually be reclined. The floors were sticky and pretty much as un-clean as I remembered before they changed management. read more

I want to give a big shout out to the managers at entertainment Cinemas in Lebanon, New Hampshire. I have gone there for many years with the prior management and with the new management. I have to say that the management and place now has done an amazing job but trying to make the place better and bring in things like other options besides popcorn and candy and also 3-D movies. I think 3-D movie is a great idea for the Upper Valley as there are no other theaters that offer it. I experienced it today with inside out 2. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend watching it in 3-D. This place is literally the worst theater I've ever been to. The staff is rude and incompetent, the theaters themselves have never been updated and are always dirty. When I'm forced to come here because the Nugget and Entertainment have a non-compete and never overlap on movies, I bring napkins to sit on. Someone needs to bulldoze this building and start over from scratch. If there were another option in the Upper Valley for movies this place would be out of business in no time. read more

We went to see two new movies this weekend. One Friday night and one the I won tickets to today. It was great to have a chance to win tickets. The theater was clean and the staff were very nice. Both movies were great and my daughter even got to go during the week to see a movie. I enjoy going to this theater. The seats are accommodating for larger people and for me that makes a big difference. If you have a chance are are looking for something to do, check out the movies. I'd never been here prior to the new owners buying it so I have nothing to compare it to. But what I will say is that the place is clean, the theaters themselves are small (around 50 seats), seats are comfy (they recline, but don't have leg rests), employees are nice (manager is very nice / enjoys talking with customers), and they're always changing up the movies to keep up with what's new and popular! Renovated and vastly improved from what previous reviewers mentioned, this is a small movie theatre that has upgraded to match the comfort of the giant multiplexes. The seats are very comfortable, each seat has a small table thingy that can rotate around to hold your food, the screen is super clear indicating they upgraded the projection equipment too. I noticed they had three people who went through each theatre after each showing to tidy and clean everything, and the three staff were focused & thorough. The foyer and food areas are also very tidy and clean, no popcorn all over the floor or damaged carpet to trip you. The staff were very friendly, nobody I interacted with seemed put out that they had to deal with customers. The only downsides are that the tickets are a bit expensive - $11 for teens and adults for all movies after 1pm, which is a good chunk more than eg Cinema 6 in Keene. The concessions were also expensive, but that's a normal part of movie theaters due to the economics (they don't make much/any movie off ticket sales, so the only way they have if staying afloat is through food sales). One other issue was that the theatre I was in was too loud, I mentioned it to the staff afterwards so hopefully it'll be fixed. All-in-all, while it's a little expensive, IMHO it's worth it and we'll definitely be going there again! read more

On a average Sunday afternoon in March, me and a friend decided that we would like to watch the recently released film Cocaine Bear. When we first sat down, we realized that we had the theatre to ourselves. However, this didn't last long as five minutes into the film a couple showed up and sat across the isle a few rows behind us. There presence didn't bother us too much until they started aggressively and noisily fornicating. On the lords day nonetheless! After an awkward 20 minutes, me and my boy couldn't take it anymore and promptly left through the back doors. What I saw and heard has left me scarred and afraid. I fear I will never recover. Fortunately, when we walked back around front and alerted the staff about the devious acts occurring, they were very helpful and supportive. They gave us refund tickets, retrieved anything we had left behind, and put an end to the heinous copulation. I am grateful for the professionalism of the staff but upset with the deportment of my fellow upper-valley residents. Who the fuck has sex in the Lebanon Entertainment Cinemas!? If ur going to engage in such things, at least go to the Nugget. read more

It's so sad that I can't have less than 1 star. Always a teenager and what appears to be a slob of a manager (who is useless) working the counter. I just watched the IT movie, and honestly I would rather watch a film on their projector in the Dilapidated well house than here. It doesn't cost much, but isn't worth watching a movie if they paid you. Awful experience, please drive AS FAR AWAY as you need to in order to watch a movie. Add an extra hour and a half and go to the cinema in Springfield VT. read more

Rough at times. Not a great screening theater with small picture and so so sound. This and the nugget in Hanover are sub par theaters at best. Manager is super rude and the place is gross once again. Forget this place! We were there for a matinee last week with 20-30 patrons in line and one employee working the tickets and concessions. Ridiculous! Buy a ticket, get popcorn, a drink. The movie had already started by the time we got in. The employee was obviously frustrated as well, but had no control over managements lack of concern. The place is dirty and worn out as well. I'd recommend coming here for a showing any time and considering it for a special event too! Entertainment Cinemas provided a wonderful experience for our family. We had an immunocompromised individual and were able to support renting the theater to have an exclusive showing just for our family. Not only was that theater EXTREMELY comfy, clean, and enjoyable, the staff was equally as lovely and nice. They have awesome new huge reclining chairs too. The venue was 100% accommodating for wheelchair ADA needs. Thanks again! read more

Dale and mike are great, Dale is usually laughing with customers and Mike is on top of it with the cleaning. I would avoid the place on days they aren't running it, because if they aren't there making sure things get done and cleaned--it's not! Movies, and concessions are good. Management is consistently getting new products to try and listen to customers suggestions on items to bring into concession. I think that they would do better in a newer building. The space they are given is dated and there isn't much they can do to keep it up to date, and it's not their fault,The building is old and it limits the possibilities the theater has. read more

This is our local theater and, while it's not the fanciest, the employees are friendly and the tickets and concessions are affordable. They don't jack up prices for big premiers or oversell tickets. You can purchase tickets online and check-in using the kiosk to skip the line. read more

It's no secret that this theater had seen better days. Things had reached the point where I simply wouldn't go there any more. Locally we refer to it as the "Sticky Six." Previous management (surely going back a few owners) just let it fall apart. They used the LOBBY as storage and the theaters were flat out gross. But I have to give credit where credit is due.... the Renovation has been VERY successful. My wife and I went to see a movie there last weekend for the first time in maybe 6 months and were really surprised to see that all of the theaters had been completely renovated. All the way down to tiny #6 where we were. New wall coverings, flooring and excellent seats. Gone where the sticky floors and the mystery stains on ceilings and walls. The sound, screen and projection were solid. The lobby was freshly painted and no longer being used as paper goods storage, and it was well staffed with acceptably friendly folks. A separate line for tickets and concessions finally. The Popcorn was not as fresh as you get at the Nugget but it wasn't the rubbery staleness I've received there in the recent past either. I didn't enter the bathrooms but hopefully those dilapidated facilities were renovated as well. Is it a perfect theater? Probably not, but it's actually a place I can go again without feeling like I'm going to catch a disease from the seats. Two and a half stars would be more accurate than three, but two isn't enough so I rounded up for Effort. I hope they continue their updates and continue to improve their service. read more

You may want to go to this theater or even get a popcorn. When I was there, because my kids wanted to see a movie. The person behind the counter blew her nose and coughed in her hands then stuck them in the popcorn bin. THey could not understand why I did not want the popcorn. The manager argued about giving me my money back. The theaters as usualy where sticky floors, smelled funny, movie was out of focus. I went out to complain and they said we will look into it. No change after 15 and went back out. They said it was fine since they did not see any problem. Two other people went to complain no use. read more

What a horrific movie theater! We moved to the area in late 2010 and have been here three times (the latest time today). Each time I vow never, ever to go back -- and then, over time, I forget the awfulness of the place. We normally drive an extra 15 miles to Claremont where the theaters are much better. The movie I wanted to see was playing at the Lebanon 6 (and not in Claremont) so I thought, "How bad can it be?" Parking is easy, and the staff are very friendly. As with other complaints, the floor feels like it has never been mopped. Weeks, if not months, of spilled soda. The left armrest on my seat was completely missing, so instead of an armrest I had two parallel pieces of metal, about an inch apart, under my arm. The seat itself was otherwise uncomfortable. The projection quality was awful -- the film was dark and fuzzy. We get a much better picture on our TV at home, and our television screen isn't much smaller than at the Lebanon 6. This theater chain (based in Massachusetts) must either be poorly managed, or on the verge of bankruptcy. Why else would they offer their moviegoers such a terrible "don't come back" experience? they seem to have a perfect score here -- all one star reviews. No movie is worth a trip to the Lebanon 6. read more

This is THE WORST theater possible. My mother was 15 minutes late to a movie and they locked the doors on her and didn't let her in when her entire family was in the theater. When my father addressed it as he rightfully should have the owner handled it like a child and screamed at my father. They have always been a sh*thole but this is their low. We will never return even though we live 3 minutes away. We will be driving 45 minutes to springfield (a real theater where the employees actually care about their customers and would never let a mother sit out of a movie her entire family is seeing.) The owner and one of the employees there are a couple of the most childish people I have ever met. read more

Never have i been treated so poorly as a customer- unbelievable. After reading some other reviews it seems like Dale has made other customers experiences just as unpleasant.
