She chose a movie so we purchased the tickets and stood in line for concessions , The line was long , I did notice there was only one person running the register and two people retrieving drinks and food . I believe if they had two line going , running two registers the line for concessions would not have been such a long wait for the customers. In other words , the concession stand needs some organization to run smoothly. All in all it was a great experience and the movie was awesome !

The Hanover Improvement Society helps fund the theater, as well as the Storrs Pond Recreation Area and the Campion Ice Rink. Yes, it is older and the old-style seats done recline, but if that's the best criticism of the place, it is a superb establishment. The Nugget is cozy, with a fairly good sound system in all its different cinemas. We just saw Wicked here, well attended with a good number of college students and older folk. We grabbed some maple butter popcorn and soda pop and went into the theater. We thought we were going to be the only ones there on this cold winter evening, boy were we wrong. The people started to gather and we soon realized this is the place to be. The movie was great (Manchester By The Sea) and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend a visit.

The experience is usually very good, but sometimes you can hear the sound from the next theater, which can be annoying. The seats are Ok. The prices are reasonable, but they're cash only. But there's an ATM in the lobby. I've been to movies where the theater is empty and packed. During the winter (ski season) and summer rainy days will be crowded, so get there early when new movies come out. Otherwise it's easy to get a seat. They have the typical concession stand, but where they're different is they have a full bar, including local hard ciders and beers. You can't beat that. And some movies I've been to someone will come in during the movie to take your order. How great is that?!
