Overall they are easy to work with and Valerie is really nice. We recently rented a hexagon arch and dessert table stand for our wedding. Everything seemed seamless (I was running around during the wedding) but my afterwards I found out the dessert stand was wobbly. Also, upon delivery it was dirty and took some time to wipe down due to dirt/dust prior to use. Keep this in mind as this will eat up dessert set up time which is a bummer when you are on a timeline. So glad I thought last minute to rent a cake stand for my wedding cake! My cake vendor recommended enticing tables and I am so glad they did! The week of my wedding, I remembered to ask my cake vendor if they would rent me a cake stand! I was worried that the cake would be drowned out since it would be surrounded by other candies. Unfortunately, my cake vendor said they no longer rented stands, but referred me to enticing tables. I emailed Valerie at Enticing Tables on Tuesday before my wedding, and she called me immediately, but had to leave a thorough message. She picked up when I returned her call even though she was driving! Hands free of course! ;) I have come to learn she will always pick up your call or call you within 5 minutes! Valerie took the initiative and spoke with my cake vendor about the size cake I would be having, to ensure the correct size of the cake stand needed. Very helpful (especially the week of the wedding!!). I told her about the cake and the wedding, colors and theme... and she gave me a few options to take a look at online that might fit the feel I was going for. It was that easy. I thought I was going to have time to pick up the stand myself and save on delivery fees, but of course - too much to do last minute, so Valerie was able to deliver it when I decided last minute it was just not going to happen! She even made sure it was going to be there BEFORE the cake (something I had not though of). Lastly, when agreeing to return the cake stand to her. She made a trip to my house since it might be easier that way. I'm sure she does not make this exception often, since I live close by to her, but the customer service I encountered was impeccable. I was having a quinceanera party (Mexican sweet 16) for my daughter and I needed to find a strong enough cake stand that could hold the custom cake/cupcake tower we had ordered.
