Being the beautiful table I had was bar height we needed reg height.. I was looking on Sierra living Concepts and remembered Rustic home which we had been going to look there off and on for years.. So we went in. Ash was all to wonderful to us but as I described and showed pictures of what I had and what i wanted He said No problem we can do that I am and artist.. He was always so nice to deal with. Up until he got out CC which he seemed in a hurry to get. He knew the MAIN thing I wanted was caved skirting just like my other table which he said He could do no prob hand carved from India.. Everything went to shit after he received the CC. He delivered the table in Dec. and Not only did it have rough areas it had NO skirting .. Then came the excuses for almost 8 months! Finny after calls going down there threatening small claims, Ash finally had his guy pic up the table and one chair. he said 2 days LOL well 28 days later again my husband going down there he had the table delivered. My husband went and checked it out first.. I didn't want to go because I was so angry.. Well delivery guy was great. The table and new chair Excellent! fixed the right way.. However the skirting ? This was NOT what I asked for what so ever and they didn't put new on they scrolled the skirting that was already on it... Very sad we trusted Ash and honestly he jacked us around for 8 months.. If I had only known I would have ordered from Sierra living Concepts.. over $5K and something I wanted so bad screwed up and NOT done as Asked.. I unfortunately will NOT go back.. What a shame I really liked Ash too.. but typical sales man.. I wouldn't recommend if you want a custom piece .. Sadly the nice guy seems to be the one to screw you..

She also helped with the design we were anticipating. Tala knew we had a cat, so she included extra fabric as a blanket to put over the head of the sofa for our cat to perch on. I came back in that same day and Ray thoroughly accommodated me! It was the perfect service ! I got my couch delivered the very next morning and it has been effect ever since (2 months now)! The delivery was free and assembly fee is only 25$. I didn't pay for assembly as I'd like to think I'm a capable girl. Assembly was very easy ! The guys dropped it off in the middle of the room and I got to assembling. It took roughly 30-45 mins to complete all on my own! Folding down the box it came in was the hardest part..! Next time though, I'll pay for assembly as it's probably worth it for 2 big men to do it quicker for cheap :) I absolutely love the couch! It's the perfect comfort level and the color matches our living room. There were a few stray strings, but nothing a pair of scissors can't fix! Both couches have survived an 80 lb dog and a baby/toddler. They were so wonderful at helping us customize the pieces and pick fabrics that can withstand living. Initially planning to check out one store ended up being 2 separate stores with the same name. The smaller store had so many nice items. There were figurines, artwork, dishes, A LOT of various glassware and more. And the prices were also good. The larger store was huge. This is where they have bigger household items. SO many different couches, chairs, dining tables, decorative rugs, etc. What I loved about these stores is that they were organized, clean, and have quality products for a good price.
