We used Event Party Rentals for our wedding rentals (tables, chairs, linens) in September. I have to say Kristen was very responsive and did an excellent job getting us multiple quotes rather quickly. When we finally decided exactly what we needed, we finalized the rentals and they were in excellent condition upon delivery. Our issues were mainly with the delivery portion. They did show up about 30 minutes early with very little warning for the drop off. Then they were supposed to pick up Sunday morning after our Saturday wedding. I guess they called Saturday to let us know they couldn't do this and when we didn't answer (because we were getting married), they assumed that was ok and changed our pick up date to Monday. We spoke with them briefly on Sunday to find out what was going on and were bluntly told they had no trucks and couldn't pick up until Monday. Thankfully we had our rental for one more day. Unfortunately that meant we had to move and stack all of the tables and chairs ourselves. It wasn't exactly how we'd imagined our first day as a married couple. I called and spoke with Kristen about this and the large inconvenience it caused. She was understanding and let me know she'd pass our concerns on to the owner. There were no concessions made and we never heard back from the owner. This seemingly small adjustment in their delivery schedule was of great inconvenience and had we not been staying at our venue could have caused a major issue. We spent too much time dealing with this when we should have been honeymooning and would have expected some form of consolation if they wanted to keep our business. We would use another rental company in the future to avoid having this issue again. read more

The team at EPR was great to work with and super flexible (which is helpful when you're planning a wedding!). The wedding designer working with the couple who booked our venue for the day before our wedding hired EPR to do some extensive draping, and she contacted us to see about splitting the cost. We wanted to do the draping anyway, so this saved us a lot of money! Plus, we got a quote for the rest of our rentals items and it came in less than the other companies we were talking to. EPR furniture was of good quality. I ordered WHITE chairs for my daughters wedding and received NATURAL color, but they were very nice. the arch was very nice as well. The reason they only get three stars is because I was led to believe after speaking to them several times before the wedding including a few days before that the chairs would be delivered within a certain window of time. For a 4:00 wedding I thought we had agreed that around 2 to 2:30 would be a good time. They did say that there was a 4 hour window but there should be no problem to deliver them around that time. This past Sunday I get a phone call at 11:15 as we are getting ready that the chairs are ready to be delivered and if we didn't have someone down there when they got there, they would cancel our order. We live 30 minutes from the sight. My husband, who was going to meet them, would have had to quickly get dressed along with my three sons and rush down there and then sit for over 4 hours until the wedding began. Luckily our wedding coordinator has just shown up and our hotel and was so accommodating to go down there early and meet EPR. She did not have the city permits with her as they were with my husband and so that created another glitch. Happily it all worked out in the end but my advice is pay the 50.00 and avoid the stress. read more
