    The team at EPR was great to work with and super flexible (which is helpful when you're planning a wedding!). The wedding designer working with the couple who booked our venue for the day before our wedding hired EPR to do some extensive draping, and she contacted us to see about splitting the cost. We wanted to do the draping anyway, so this saved us a lot of money! Plus, we got a quote for the rest of our rentals items and it came in less than the other companies we were talking to. They had everything we wanted (the type/color of chairs and linens, market lighting) and the price was GREAT! We were very happy

The first time I met with Mike I told him I wanted something beautiful but with a "wow" factor. Boy, did he deliver! He and Gloria were so incredible to work with. They were so knowledgeable and full of incredible ideas. There was nothing they couldn't source for me. I had many meetings and phone calls with them and they were both ALWAYS very professional and happy to brain storm with me. Truly they went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT! The staff that handled the installation were also incredible. Professional and hard working. The night of the event, the head of the installation crew stayed at the event in case of any hiccups. Of course there weren't any. I told Mike at our first meeting that I was worried about rain and cool weather. Mike suggested a clear tent that held our 200 guests. They installed three GORGEOUS crystal chandeliers in the tent, sheer white fabric draping and market lights. There is no other word than "magic" to describe the inside of the tent. The light in the tent kept changing as the sun went down. Then when it was dark, the market lights and chandeliers reflected off the clear tent ceiling. Wow, wow, wow. The chandeliers were also on dimmers so we could turn them down slightly when it was time to dance. In order to make sure my guests were not cold, Mike installed a forced air heater in the tent that was controlled with a thermostat. The temperature was perfect! We also rented all our tables, chairs, linens, dishes, cutlery, drinking glasses, bar setup, easels, yard games and oversized lighted letters from Allies. Everything was in perfect condition. It's been three months since our wedding but we still have the largest smiles on our faces. Thank you, thank you Allies and More Party Rental. Working with you was our best decision!

Their inventory is beautiful (that's why two stars instead of one), which is why selected them for a weekend of multiple Christmas 2023 activities for my boss's family. I won't go into long details and I fully expect a response from the company blaming me (as I see they've done to other reviewers). Basically, they strongly lack in internal communication as a team, will put substitutions on your order without telling you (and then deliver them anyway), will not care if they mess up, and promise to order custom color linens (that they offered to do) but then you find out day-of that they don't have them. They may even be spiteful as to not reply to urgent messages the day before the first event...and a threaten, at 8pm the night before Christmas Eve, to not show up. As an event planner knows, sometimes clients don't give detail decisions until the last minute. A professional, experienced rental company knows how to go with the flow and works as a team to make the event great. Especially when they're making near five figures, plus generous delivery gratuities at each delivery. These are not experienced professionals. They probably thought I forgot to write this review, as I told them I would do. I stayed calm and respectful during the process (over fear they really wouldn't show up, due to their attitude). But I am obviously still resentful as I plan this year's events. I wanted to be sure other event planners were warned to look elsewhere....as I am doing this year. I truly hate writing negative posts, but this is what I read reviews for as well.
