The office staff is wonderful and have always helped with any problems that have come up, but changes around the Complex because of upper level decisions are making this place a dump. Last month they came in and put lights up on the patio that you can't turn off and are brighter than the sun, that shine all night in through your patio door. So residents have taken to putting cardboard boxes, flower pots, and clothing over them making the place look trashy. Two days ago a pile of belongings was placed in a parking space from an Apartment. For the last two days it has felt like I'm living in some kind of government housing in a ghetto not an $1,100 a month apartment. See pictures below for that scene that myself, my wife, and three year old son had to walk and then drive through just to leave our Apartment. Like I said before I called the office staff and they were great, and addressed my concerns, but they were just following policy so it really isn't their fault. This has just become ridiculous and it's due to the Management decisions. I can without a doubt tell you as nice as this place was, I would not tell anyone to rent here for the price and location there is no reason I should be living in conditions like this and will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

As a first time home buyer I had a very specific area I wanted to live in, but not necessarily the budget to do much in that area. Our search was anything but smooth and quick, however John was a complete professional every step of the way. Not once did he try to talk me into spending more than I was comfortable with. We looked at countless houses together over a period of months, and I never felt any pressure from him. This was extremely important to me to find somebody that would advocate for me, not just look to make a quick buck. We tried to buy a short sale, got rejected, then again went for the house at auction. This type of transaction is probably the most frustrating thing I've ever done. We dealt with countless delays to the settlement by the bank and were given the run around by the Ocwen customer service every day. Lets just say this required more than a little extra determination and work ethic on John's behalf. Along the way I never felt like he wanted to give up and go for an easier deal. He actually encouraged me a few times to stay patient. In the end John's perseverance paid off. I truly believe that without his daily phone calls, emails, and eventually getting a lawyer involved, I would not have closed on my home. I have recommended John to all of my friends, and my parents were so impressed they are going to use him for their next move. I wouldn't use anyone else for my next transaction, and can only hope he doesn't decide to retire before then!

Coldwell banker also provided us with the option of financing through them, and Monica was a great help. she knows her stuff inside and out and we got a great rate. The whole team at CBPref Consh. is great. i recommend buying or selling with them!!

A huge plus is that his work background means he has a keen eye for specific details while walking through prospective homes. He is incredibly patient and supportive through a process that can be stressful and at times defeating. He provides great advice and counseling as and his knowledge of the industry trends and market is astonishing. We have bought two homes now with Jon's support and sold one under his direction. Madeline, the Director of Operations, is also absolutely amazing and she is organized and efficient. We felt like we didn't have to worry about a thing because Madeline always made sure we were aware of key dates and needs for both the selling and purchasing of our homes. She is kind and patient and we are very thankful to her. I cannot recommend Christopher Real Estate enough. Do not hesitate to chose Jon and his team for your real estate needs. They are truly the absolute best in the industry.

If you plan to rent a property from Gressen Properties, think twice before you make a move. My…read morewife and I rented an apartment for almost three years from Scott Gressen and it was a truly awful experience. When we brought issues up... like the upstairs neighbors toilet overflowing into our apartment, we were called "meticulous". - the front steps fell apart and it took them 4 months to fix it - they never came by to mow the lawn (which we had to do) - they never did any type of snow removal (which was fine because we had to shovel our cars out, but nobody else in the building shoveled the property) - one of their guys (who bared a striking resemblance to Grizzly Adams) would come down to work and spit sunflower seeds all over our porch... needless to say he didn't clean them up but maybe that was me being meticulous - when we had water damage, instead of fixing the ceiling tiles they just spray painted them with oil based primer... which misted onto our leather couches and the owner refused to send someone out for weeks to fix it (he did take $150 off of our rent afterwards) - when we weren't home and things needed to be fixed in the apartment, his "guys" would actually eat leftover food out of our refrigerator - the power kept turning off on the property - half of the upstairs apartment was wired into our panel and we realized at the end of our lease we were paying for their electric - years prior when they "renovated" the property, they did the worst work ever (i.e., wood paneled overtop of old broken, uninsulated windows) BUT, let's not forget when one of his guys called one month to say, "Hey, I know it's a few weeks in advance but if you pay the rent now in cash, we can take $300 off." naturally that sounds shady but this was the guy we always dealt with and to save a few bucks, we jumped on it! Then when Scott the landlord called looking for that months rent, we knew we had an issue. His "guy" fled the scene and apparently quit that day and made a similar deal with a lot of the renters... too funny. That's what you get when you hire guys off the streets. These are just a few of the issues. I can't say Scott wasn't completely unresponsive, but he certainly made us feel like we were ridiculous for bringing any of those issues. Whether you are renting commercial or residential space from Gressen Properties, do your homework and determine what you can and cannot live with!

Thank you to GressenProperties and there great Management team for a great experience and work place.
