The office staff is wonderful and have always helped with any problems that have come up, but changes around the Complex because of upper level decisions are making this place a dump. Last month they came in and put lights up on the patio that you can't turn off and are brighter than the sun, that shine all night in through your patio door. So residents have taken to putting cardboard boxes, flower pots, and clothing over them making the place look trashy. Two days ago a pile of belongings was placed in a parking space from an Apartment. For the last two days it has felt like I'm living in some kind of government housing in a ghetto not an $1,100 a month apartment. See pictures below for that scene that myself, my wife, and three year old son had to walk and then drive through just to leave our Apartment. Like I said before I called the office staff and they were great, and addressed my concerns, but they were just following policy so it really isn't their fault. This has just become ridiculous and it's due to the Management decisions. I can without a doubt tell you as nice as this place was, I would not tell anyone to rent here for the price and location there is no reason I should be living in conditions like this and will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

As a first time home buyer I had a very specific area I wanted to live in, but not necessarily the budget to do much in that area. Our search was anything but smooth and quick, however John was a complete professional every step of the way. Not once did he try to talk me into spending more than I was comfortable with. We looked at countless houses together over a period of months, and I never felt any pressure from him. This was extremely important to me to find somebody that would advocate for me, not just look to make a quick buck. We tried to buy a short sale, got rejected, then again went for the house at auction. This type of transaction is probably the most frustrating thing I've ever done. We dealt with countless delays to the settlement by the bank and were given the run around by the Ocwen customer service every day. Lets just say this required more than a little extra determination and work ethic on John's behalf. Along the way I never felt like he wanted to give up and go for an easier deal. I recently moved out after my 9 month leae was up and honestly, it's run down. Worse than that.......the common areas are filthy. (at least in my building) There's cheap stained furniture outside the 1st floor elevators, the hallways have missing light fixtures, the hallway carpets are dirty and stained .......and there must be 3 dozen abandoned bikes scattered throughout the place, who's owers obviously moved out years ago. They're chained up just rusting away. The parking lot is sketchy. After my car was broken into twice while in the parking lot, my girlfriend no longer felt safe....and of course there are no cameras. If you plan to be home later than 8:00pm you'll be lucky to even get a parking spot....they are however gracious enough to allow you to reserve one..... for $75 a month. In the first two months I lived there, we had 5 fire alarms in the middle of the night. Fun standing in the parking lot at 3:00am waiting for the all clear....... and I lost count how many times the elevator was down and god forbid they have a cart or two in the lobby to help residents bring in groceries, etc. I could go on and on but now I'm ranting.... but know this... every other apartment building at this price point doesnt have these same issues and there are too many options in the area, that offer a high standard of living, than to consider this joint.

He's friendly and cares about the residents and will go above and beyond. Overall, the apartment complex is okay. It has a lot of noises so be smart with where your apartment is. The walls are incredibly thin and people above you, and around you, are heard extremely easy. Additionally, the trash and recycling is picked up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the middle of the two building sections. If your apartment is right there, it is extremely loud and disrupting. Parking was easy, unless you're coming back after 8pm, then it's a little more challenging. Maintenance is fine but the team was more friendly under Londonbury management.
