About 45 minutes before the appointment I received a phone call from the stylist's BOYFRIEND! He explained the stylist wouldn't be doing my hair because attending her son's soccer game was more important and that she'd do my hair on another day that week. I said, "that's not going to work for me. I'll call the salon right now to see what can be done." The stylist suddenly came on the line, begging me not to call the salon. Then she explains to me that there is no way she can get to the salon by our appointed time. I ask when she could be there and she begins conferring with her boyfriend. Turns out she couldn't do the cut and color because she wanted to stay in bed with her boyfriend. This after I gave her a 40% tip the only other time I had seen her.
