But Denise is very careful to double check how much you want off and make sure it's what you want after she works on it, and continually ask. After arriving early for my appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour. The staff behind the desk, even other stylists walked by as we sat waiting, unconcerned. I was then informed it would be another 45 minutes before I could be seen, 30 minutes after my appointment time. Unfortunately, I had to leave without any services being provided and a 10% discount for a future visit, which was incredibly heartbreaking. This experience not only left me to tears, it ruined my plans for the event but also showed a complete lack of consideration for my time. I expected better from a salon when it comes to scheduling and customer care. I cannot recommend Esquire Salon & Spa and especially Giselle Oliveras based on my experience.
