I went mainly for a new style and some help with my bangs. I had gotten my bangs cut by a different stylist at another salon and they weren't what I asked for, so I wanted some help from the salon I thought I could trust. First, when I got my hair washed I was expecting the full service, like a hair mask and hand massage, but for some reason I didn't get that. Second, I asked for a shag cut with lots of layers in the back and my baby bangs to be fixed and styled differently. What I got was uneven bangs and long layers. My stylist didn't know how to help me fix my bangs and repeatedly tried to style them, but I still left with my bangs sticking up and super choppy like my 4 year old sister cut my bangs. Instead of experimenting on my hair, I would've been much happier if my stylist told me she can't achieve the style I wanted. After, I was embarrassed so I just paid and left hiding my bangs. When I got home sobbing, my mom called the salon asking if I could get my service refunded. They called back saying that I could only get $20 back. They also mentioned that I was the one that came in with uneven bangs. We are very disappointed with how this salon manages these complaints because we at least expected them to offer to fix what was done to my bangs. I came to get my hair cut to boost my confidence, but I left feeling even worse than I did before. Me and my family will not be returning to this salon. Wes explained to me that natural curly hair should never have a point cut, but blunt. I had tried to share this twice with my last stylist. You know that feeling when you have the perfect haircut? I do. So! Wes moved up to the East Cobb, Marietta Bob Steele location, and I thought nothing of commuting up to see him. My second experience with him was as good as my first. While I was in there, we were chitchatting and I just didn't feel too confident in the haircut that I would get based off of some of the questions she was asking and her general demeanor. After sitting in the chair for about a minute, I gently said, "Chloe I'm sorry I don't think that I'll be able to get a haircut here today." She said that's ok, took the apron off me, and walked me out the door. I then get a message 25 minutes later from the owner, telling me that I was stealing from her business and that she was calling the police on me! Her stylist had not cut any of my hair and I had only been in her chair for 1 minute before stopping her! Also, Chloe said that's fine and walked me out without asking for me to pay for "her service". This business owner is insane and feels it acceptable to call the police on her potential clients. I have no problem responding to the owner if she decides to react to this review to "explain the situation" to make herself not look so bad. I can back up everything I've claimed and I'm quite upset by the situation.

I flat out lied. I was stressed for time & didn't want to stress on the matter, as I had some place to be. I wanted to like my hair, but the next day. When I took a good look, I was pretty pissed, more than anything. There are noticeable highlights when I tie my hair up, otherwise, my roots up top are still far out & looks like no color attached on. At the end - 2 other stylists had to join in to help. Which is why I tipped $70. I did set up another appt but eventually cancelled. I even went on IG to see the stylist's page. She's great! She's been doing it for years, but I'm still unsure of what went wrong. Now if I at least had a hair cut, I don't think I'd be as unpleased. And definitely would return to try & get it fixed. But, this whole situation def made me upset, angry, and down right sad.
