I am so happy to have found Hailey at The Blonde Salon. I moved to Atlanta from Charlotte in 2021 and have continued to drive back to Charlotte to get my hair done in fear that I wouldn't find a good stylist in Atlanta (I lived here 2016-2020 and had bad experiences with stylists). First haircut at the salon yesterday. Had a good time with everyone and Hailey listened to what I wanted and even said it back to me to determine if it was correct. Then she consulted me along the way as she cut my hair to make sure it was like I wanted.... nobody has ever done that before. Then I checked out Yelp and saw that even though she had few reviews, Salon Elegance was rated 5 stars. I loved her so much I almost thought of not writing about her since she is such a well-kept secret. Sarah is wonderful! I went to get my roots done and came out with a completely new color that Sarah recommended. I'm glad she did. It's the first time I've been able to get a professional opinion as to what color I could look good in. She worked efficiently, she had beer, wine and water to offer me and I felt very at home! She even managed to handle in a very professional way a customer who was, well, a bit off and overzealous about her political views. I will definitely be back! Yesterday I had my hair done at The Blonde Salon for the first time. As a new client I must say how happy I am with the result. My hair tends to pull a tremendous amount of warmth and even the most experienced stylists are usually surprised by how much, often needing to add a process to reduce the warmth. This is the first time I have ever had a stylist get it right the first time. The color is awesome and the cut is flawless. On top of that, when it was time to pay I was shocked at the price because I have paid twice as much at other salons. Clearly the additional processes other stylists used to compensate for the warmth added up quite a lot, sometimes doubling the cost. I had to wait 6 weeks to get in but let me just say it was worth the wait and the drive. Thank you for an awesome color and an awesome price. Couldn't be happier! read more

I had to write a review cause I called to make an apppointment... I am new to the area and was trying to find a new hairstylist. Well well well.... so I called.. mind you I had to call 3 times .. guess she works by herself and do not have a receptionist...so I finally got a hold of her...she returned my call..as I had tried to book an apppointment on line.. and imagine this...she request you GIVE HER credit card number to hold your appointment...excuse me???? I have been to many salons in my life..and NOBODY EVER, I MEAN EVER ASKED ME for my credit card number over the phone to schedule an appointment!!!! I was STUNNED!!! It takes nerves I tell you, so after stating that I was not comfortable with this approach she simply said ..sorry I need your credit CARD number in order to reserve you an appointment and especially for new clients, so I declined..and stated that I will look around...she said ok and hung up the phone without even saying ''goodbye''or thanks for considering our establishment .....talk about another ''great class act''!!!! not even polite enough with potential clients... So.... that being said...do you think I would even consider or recommend this place???? You ain't getting a penny of my money if you treat people this way that is for sure!!! Wow.....I'd stay stay away...this is not good business ethics that is for sure! I don't even want to know the rest... RUN! read more

At an incredibly affordable and competitive price. She also went in and touched up some pieces, and cut my bangs...no charge. I got the impression that she had no intention of just "doing what you asked and getting you out the door," but that she really wanted to help you look your best, even at the expense of her own time.
