They all remember my name, what treatment i am coming for and which doctor I see. They are all kind and professional. If they are short with you, they probably have a good reason. I see the way some patients treat them and it's abhorrent. Maybe if you treat people with respect, you won't need to complain about it on yelp as much.

I was there last week and my whole experience could not have been any better. It was clear to me that she is - without question - an exceptional dermatologist in all regards. I've had skin cancer in the past and I saw her for a skin cancer check. She could have not been more professional, attentive and kind, and she has a wonderful bedside manner. I have never had any cosmetic procedures done anywhere, but if I ever did I would trust her and the whole team at Rejuvenation with any and all of my skincare needs (whether medical or cosmetic). He listened to what I wanted and really took his time to help me understand the procedure, recovery, and outcome. The work he did was phenomenal, my nose looks so natural that no one even knows I had anything done. He did an excellent job of crafting a nose that fits my face. As well, there was a minimum of bruising and no complications whatsoever. I am very pleased with him, and would suggest him to anyone else.

Therefore, I decided to find it if he can help. Free consultation! My appt was booked at 4pm, I arrived 10 mins early to fill out few papers work. However, I was waiting at consultation room over 25 mins until a lady (consultant assistant) came in then asked me some general questions and noted down my answers. I waited for another 10 mins, Dr Ngai came in finally. He reviewed the notes and checked out my face, then asked me few more questions. He gave me few prescription creams and let me try for 2 weeks, then come back to see the process. I will update the review after my 2nd visit.

I asked the receptionist if their website is working and she told me it's better to call...Then, what's the point of having an online inquiry system? SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. The $60 consultation was very short, about 5 min and the doctor left in a hurry. However, you can use this fee towards your treatment if you decide to go for it, unlike many other places that charge a separate fee. My appointment was at 11:30am and I was 5 min early, but I waited for 40 min before the laser treatment. It's very unfair to punish those who are on time by helping those who are late for their appointment.
