However, upon picking it up the bouquet looked nothing like the reference photo. Instead of using flower wrapping paper, it was made out of thick cardstock material that was already falling apart throughout the day. Paid $145 and only 25 roses. I was extremely disappointed with the overall outcome. I wouldn't recommend this florist for bouquet arrangements. The final product looked nothing like what was discussed.

Julie was very sweet and helpful and I paid hr $200 to set me up with four servers to serve the food at my party. in the course of several months, the head servers were changed several times. This was fine since all of them had gotten in touch with me and I felt confident they were able to handle my party . Two weeks ago May 1st almost two months before my party , my Caterer closed the business. This meant I had to scramble to find another Caterer. I was referred by several people to another Caterer, who happened to do all of the serving and setting up included in the price. I contacted Julie immediately and told her that I had a problem, Instead of sounding sympathetic, she said told me there are no refunds and chastised me for not reading the contract. She then contacted my new caterer and told her there was a conflict of interest. I had to assure my new caterer that there was no conflict and that I wanted this new caterer to do the entire party. Had I known that other caterers do the entire party and that I don't have to rent the silverware and linen and plates separately from the servers, Julie Told me that she can find other caterers to work with her. Never heard back and told her I did not appreciate her calling my new Caterer and that's due to her attitude. I do not want to work with her. She replied she didn't know what I was talking about and then I must be stressed. since I didn't have a chance to actually use her services, I can't account for how good her agency us. I did do an hour with Joshua and it was very accommodating and professional. I'm just sorry that Julie was not very compassionate or understanding and that perhaps you could've made some accommodation to my particular problem. It was not my intention to change anything. And that the infusion of flavors is like nothing you will find in any restaurant short of a Michelin star. Each course Chef Villa served was memorable in both flavor and presentation. Hamachi with eggplant caviar got everyone oohing and ahhing, and a bone broth mushroom soup was rich and complex. The seared bison was a unique treat. The fire roasted beet salad with the unexpected infusion of spirulina and chlorella was quite possibly the best beet salad I have ever tasted. The chef is both talented at his craft and also goes the additional length to explain each dish he is presenting, and the benefits of the infusions he uses. Overall it was a wonderful night, and the food and ambience made this an absolutely five star experience.

She only sources organic and local ingredients - and I mean really local since she gets many of her ingredients from the San Rafael farmers market. Her menu is colorful, nutritious, and plant forward, which to me is super important when trying to keep a team energized through 8+ hour meetings! We exchanged a couple more emails after that to fine tune the details. On the day of the event, she was on time and put together beautiful platters of food. She suggested an Italian theme (since the bride is getting married in Italy), so Susan prepared pizzettas and pita chips with various dips (her harisa dip was a crowd favorite) for appetizers, a beautiful salad with grapefruit and little gem lettuce, handmade pasta with kale pesto, roasted butternut squash with a yogurt sauce, braised chicken thighs with lemon herb sauce and a decadent flourless chocolate cake with lavender infused whipped cream for dessert. Everything was made from scratch (pasta, pita chips, everything!) and from fresh, in-season ingredients from the farmer's market.
